Additionally, the kitchen has been updated with all-new stainless steel appliances, and the living area features brand-new sectional seating.

New owners in 2024 have continued to remodel and modernize every aspect of this bright and airy home with beachy vibes and personal touches throughout, to include all new bathrooms, updated decor, new mattresses, and smart TVs in all bedrooms and living spaces. The open eat-in kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a meal for the family. Enjoy meals in any of the three dining areas to include the beautiful hardwood dining table, al fresco in the screened-in porch directly off the kitchen, or poolside in the expanded outdoor living area. The main level living area off the kitchen offers plenty of seating and room to spread out. Enjoy a movie or arcade games in the lower level recreation area, or ocean and sound views from the upper loft.
