Beautiful condo in awesome complex
We spent five nights in late August in this beautiful condo unit. It was clean, updated, well stocked with everything that makes a vacation home memorable. We had a plumbing issue one evening and called the front desk and they were extremely accommodating and fixed it promptly the next morning. The unit was cleaned and re-stocked with towels every day even though we were told that we wouldn't be getting housekeeping every day because of the low internet price we were getting. We appreciated that. The unit is in a peaceful setting and the resort has wonderful amenities. The thing we most appreciated was the free bus service Cascade offers to and from the Village and Lionshead all day and evening. You don't even need a car unless you want to go outside Vail. This unit is close enough to walk up to the main building to catch the bus. Also loved the toiletries provided! The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that there is no view of anything from the deck of the condo. It does have beautiful trees around it, but you can still see and hear the street which is a very short distance from the unit. But there wasn't much traffic and it was peaceful sitting out there. One suggestion: it would be very helpful for you to have coffee filters that fit that particular coffeemaker, but we improvised somewhat successfully with paper towels.
We didn't use the pool, hot tub or restaurant while there but they looked lovely. We ate dinner at Up the Creek and Campo De Fiori and would highly recommend both. Wonderful dinners and service at both!
