Situated along a canal on Estero Bay, Casa Marina 153 is an ideal getaway condo with a great view of the boats and all the activities from your screened in lanai. Your beautiful lanai allows you to dine alfresco or relax for hours taking in the sea breezes and swaying palm trees. Take a dip in the resort sized heated pool, lounge on the sundeck soaking up the Florida sunshine or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in the country. Casa Marina guests have their own deeded beach access! And brand new Tennis Courts for the Bay Beach Area have just been completed.

Casa Marina 153 is a two bedroom, two bath air-conditioned vacation condo that offers lots of room to spread out and relax. The living room includes a large flat screen TV with cable (there's also free Internet service). There is a sleep sofa for an additional guest. The dining room seats four easily with seating for two more at the breakfast bar. Serving from the nearby kitchen is easy using the kitchen pass through. The fully equipped, large kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with all the appliances (including a dishwasher) and lots of countertop space. Best of all, beyond the living room through sliding glass doors is the huge screened-in lanai. Tucked away in a closet on the lanai are a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom en suite is very large - a true retreat - with sliding glass doors leading to the lanai and a comfy King sized, four poster bed. The Master Bath features a walk in shower. On the opposite side of the condo, you will find the Guest Bedroom with two twin beds with the Guest Bath right next door.

Casa Marina has a secured lobby, building elevators and ample on-site parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The Casa Marina complex is a beautifully maintained property that sits on the quiet, south end of the island surrounded by extra wide canals right at the entrance to the Bay. Guests are treated to wonderful Resort Amenities: Resort Sized Heated Pool, BBQ area, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocce Courts, Walking Paths, and Chipping and Pitching Greens, and a fishing pier. Best of all, Guests have a private Beach Access down Bay Beach Lane directly across the street.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk to 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!

Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
