Welcome to the Cordoba House, your new home away from home, complete with a game room, in-ceiling speakers, dedicated office, outdoor pool, grill, patio, fire pit, and outdoor play areas.

NEW for Spring 2025 - Outdoor basketball hoop and 9 ft competition pool table in the game room.

Enjoy cooking in the stocked kitchen, on the outdoor grill, or simply ask our recommendation for nearby catering. We hope that you enjoy the complimentary waffle station and popcorn station.

There is plenty of room for family and friends to spread out, with a game room, sunroom, outdoor patio, two living rooms, large dining room, and 4 spacious upstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and one half bath downstairs.

Working remotely is a breeze with our high speed internet and dedicated desk in the office.

The game room and sun room have a 9 ft competition pool table, connect four, poker set, and a mini 10-in-1 game table (foosball, hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard, etc).

The game room also has in-ceiling speakers. To enjoy: 1) connect to the home Wi-Fi network, 2) download the Sonos app, and 3) join the existing Sonos system.

There is a video game emulator in the den.

Outdoor amenities in the private and fully fenced in backyard include a 15 foot pool, SaluSpa Helsinki 2-4 person inflatable hot tub, barbecue grill, hammock, swing set, fire pit, corn hole, half-court portable pickleball/badminton set, and soccer. The pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day, and the hot tub is open Spring-Fall, weather permitting.

Explore local attractions (Delaware State Fair, Dover Downs, Harrington Raceway and Casino, bike trails, hiking trails, seasonal festivals) or take a short drive to the local beaches (Bethany, Rehoboth, and Ocean City are 35-50 minutes away). A Nanticoke River boat ramp and public fishing pier are only 2 miles away.

We are in close proximity to Sussex County Delaware and Wicomico County Maryland event centers and wedding venues, such as Vanderwende Acres (1.5 miles), Governor Ross Mansion and Ross Station Event Center (3 miles), Heritage Shores (7 miles), Wildflower Estate Venue (18 miles), Sports at the Beach (20 miles), The Estate at Plantatio Ridge (20 miles), The Fountains Wedding and Conference Center (25 miles).

The living room has a 4K smart TV. All bedrooms have Roku TVs, memory foam pillow top beds, and down alternative bedding.

The driveway can accommodate 5-6 cars, and there is plenty of room to park a trailer or boat.

We are kid friendly! There are two pack-n-play cribs in the linen closet, plenty of toys in the upstairs closet, a baby monitor, baby gates stored near the laundry, and one high chair and one walker in the kitchen entry closet.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves, and will have access to everything in the home, except for the locked utility closets and the unoccupied detached garage.

-There is an outdoor only security camera system.
-Driveway parking only, no street parking.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-A replacement and restocking fee will be applied to any missing towels, toys, or other household items.

-No parties or events without prior approval.
-This property not able to host any pets, service animals, or emotional support animals. Please reach out to VRBO support for any questions regarding the exemption.

Pool Table Policies:
We have provided a unique 9-foot professional competition pool table to elevate your vacation experience. Please take all necessary precautions in keeping this pool table in excellent condition. The pool table is inspected before and after each stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the pool table during their stay. Any damage to the pool table, including tears in the felt, broken rails, or other damage, will be the guest's financial responsibility.

Best practices:
Do not leave children unattended with the pool table.
No food, drink, toys, or other objects on the pool table.
Keep the pool table covered when not in use.
Wipe chalk dust from the table surface after use
Return the cue sticks and other accessories to their storage area when you're finished playing.
Report any damage to the pool table or accessories immediately.
Repairs can exceed $1500 for new felt, and $5300 for refinished wood.
