Welcome to our cozy studio apartment in Hollywood Beach, Florida! Perfectly located just minutes away from the beach, our studio is the ideal home away from home for your extended stay of 1 month or more. Our studio, although compact, is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay.

SLEEP: You'll enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on our 12-inch memory foam mattress and fluffy pillows, and wake up refreshed and ready to start your day. The convenient bed-side extension cord ensures that you have easy access to charge all of your devices. The nearby table lamp provides cozy lighting for reading or enjoying TV.

RELAX: Whether you're looking to relax after a long day or simply unwind with your favorite show, our wall-mounted 43-inch TCL full HD Smart Android TV with Netflix, YouTube, and other entertainment options (with your account), will provide you with a high-quality viewing experience during your stay.

WORK/WiFi: Be productive with our fast WiFi at the designated desk area with two 5-shelf bookcases. It’s a great un-cluttered work area with ample storage and easy access to plug all of your devices into the power strip provided. The desk lamp provides additional lighting to avoid eye fatigue.

BATHE: The private ensuite bathroom is equipped with a full-sized tub and shower combination, providing a comfortable bath or shower after a long day. Additional space in the vanity as well as the wall-mounted mirrored medicine cabinet and other wall-mounted shelves provide ample storage for your personal items.

DINE: The kitchenette is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, microwave, air-fryer toaster oven, and a medium-sized fridge with freezer, giving you the option to prepare a home-cooked meal when you prefer, rather than always enjoying the restaurants in the area. Plates, glasses, cutlery, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups etc are all included to make your meal prep a breeze. You can enjoy your meal at the dinette, which comfortably seats two.

CONVENIENCES: But if cooking isn't your thing, don't worry! There are multiple delivery services available in the area such as Instacart, Uber Eats, and others, which can deliver delicious meals from nearby restaurants, grocery or alcohol stores straight to your doorstep. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy your meal in the comfort of our cozy studio.

STORAGE: We understand that when you're staying for an extended period, you may have additional personal items that you need to store. That's why our studio is equipped with plenty of storage options to ensure that you feel right at home. In the kitchenette and bathroom areas, you'll find several shelves where you can keep any additional items you may have, such as non-perishable groceries or toiletries. The bed frame is also raised to provide you with plenty of under-bed storage for items such as your luggage or other items not often accessed.

CLOSET AREA: Additionally, our closet area features a double rod and shelves, providing ample space to store all your clothing and accessories. A full length mirror helps you "check your look" before heading out on the town. Non-slip hangers and a laundry basket are also provided to help keep you organized. We can provide you with options for nearby dog parks and even info about the DOGGIE BEACH!

PARKING: We understand how important it is to have convenient parking during your stay. That's why we offer designated off-street parking for free for our guests. You won't have to worry about finding a spot on the street or paying for expensive parking. Our off-street parking provides you with convenient access to your vehicle at all times during your stay. Additionally, if you have guests visiting during your stay, there is ample street parking available in the surrounding area. With plenty of parking options available, you can rest assured that your stay with us will be stress-free from start to finish.

LOCATION: Our studio is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. But if you're looking for some excitement, there are plenty of things to do in the area.

BEACH: Hollywood Beach features a beautiful boardwalk where you can enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. A very economically priced shuttle service (that can pick you up nearby) makes it easy for you to explore the area and enjoy all the activities/attractions that Hollywood Beach has to offer, without having to worry about parking. You can even catch some waves at the Margaritaville Resort wave pool!

PARK: When you're staying at our studio, you'll find a nice destination for a short walk about four blocks away - Jefferson Park - “The best little park you didn’t know existed” says one review. It’s a beautiful green space that's perfect for a relaxing afternoon picnic, a morning jog or some sports activities. The park features 4 tennis courts, a practice tennis wall, playground, picnic tables, a bocce court and a basketball court, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Another nearby park that you won't want to miss during your stay is Holland Park. It is a beautiful dog friendly waterfront park that's perfect for a day of relaxation and fun. The park features a a boardwalk over the water, an observation deck over the nearby mangroves and North lake inlet, playgrounds, benches, bathrooms, nature walk, picnic areas/pavilion, and spots where you can just sit and enjoy the sunset watching the multi million dollar boats and yachts go by. Holland Park also has a boat ramp, so boating, paddleboarding and kayaking are an option to explore the beautiful waters and mangrove canals. Additionally, the park hosts several events throughout the year, including concerts and festivals, so be sure to check the schedule during your stay to see what's happening. With its beautiful waterfront location and plenty of amenities, Holland Park is a must-visit destination if you want to relax outdoors during your stay at our studio.

AIRPORT: If you arrive in the South Florida area by plane, you’ll be happy to find that the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is conveniently located just a 12-minute drive away, which makes for a very easy and affordably priced Uber ride if you won’t have a car.

FORT LAUDERALE: Nearby Ft Lauderale also provides plenty of shopping, restaurant, entertainment and more beach options in an easy 15-minute drive away, affordably accessed with Uber.

MIAMI/PALM BEACH/BRIGHTLINE: If you're looking to explore further afield during your stay, you'll be pleased to know that our studio is located just a short distance from the Brightline train station. The Brightline is a high-speed train that runs from Miami to West Palm Beach, stopping in Fort Lauderdale along the way. It's a convenient and comfortable way to travel, with spacious seats, free Wi-Fi, and on-board food and drink service. From Hollywood, you can easily hop on the Brightline and be in downtown Miami in under 30 minutes, making it the perfect option for a day trip or a night out on the town.
