Bienvenue Ă  Seaside at Grande Bay Resort! SituĂ© sur la belle rue John, Ă©galement connu comme le joyau des États-Unis. Les iles vierges. St. John est une Ăźle volcanique offrant des plages de sable blanc, des eaux turquoise, des vues sur la montagne et des ruines historiques. Le parc national des Îles Vierges englobe plus de la moitiĂ© des dix-neuf kilomĂštres carrĂ©s de l'Ăźle. EntourĂ© de rĂ©cifs coralliens et d'herbiers marins, St. John propose une excellente plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e Ă  partir du rivage ainsi que des excursions de plongĂ©e. Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez faire de la randonnĂ©e, il existe plus de vingt sentiers de randonnĂ©e entretenus pour votre plaisir.

Votre maison loin de chez vous Ă  Grande Bay est situĂ©e au bord de l’eau et offre une vue imprenable sur le port de Cruz Bay. Prenez votre petit dĂ©jeuner ou votre dĂźner sur le balcon tout en Ă©coutant les vagues se profiler sur le rivage. Pour plus de commoditĂ©, notre condo peut ĂȘtre rĂ©servĂ© comme une unitĂ© de deux chambres avec une cuisine complĂšte et deux salles de bains, une unitĂ© avec une chambre avec une cuisine complĂšte et une salle de bains ou comme unitĂ© de studio avec une kitchenette et une salle de bains complĂšte. Nous proposons trois balcons privĂ©s pour profiter du plein air et une terrasse de piscine partagĂ©e avec piscine et bain Ă  remous. La station propose Ă©galement une salle de sport spacieuse avec un nouvel Ă©quipement (mĂȘme une machine de Pilates!) qui offre une vue sur l'ocĂ©an. La Grande Baie est ouverte 24 heures sur 24 pour rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes vos questions ou pour vous aider pendant vos vacances.

Le fait d’ĂȘtre situĂ© dans la baie de Cruz vous permet de vous rendre facilement Ă  pied aux magasins, restaurants, bars et mĂȘme Ă  quelques plages. Une place de parking sĂ©curisĂ©e dans le garage souterrain PEUT ĂȘtre disponible, mais n’est pas garantie avec la suite studio.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We have stayed a few times in other condos at Grande Bay. This was our first time staying at Seaside Studio and it has everything one could possibly need. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances including a very nice, modern hot plate which came in very handy. It has a home size refrigerator which we really loved, not just a hotel room/office size one that many of the other studios have. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, cups, pots, pans, towels, etc. There is even a grill out on the balcony. The unit has a gorgeous view overlooking the bay and it’s very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved eating our breakfast out on the balcony listening to the lapping of the waves and watching Cruz Bay wake up. The bed is especially comfortable, we both slept well. The washing machine and dryer allows you to pack less luggage. What truly impressed me was that the owner Tracy emailed us a couple of times during our stay just to see how we were doing and to reach out to her if we had any issues or questions. She is very easy to contact and quick to respond. She truly cares about your experience. My husband and I loved our stay here so much that we booked Seaside Studio again for next year while we were still there, didn’t want to risk not getting it because time fills up fast!!!! 5 stars all the way!

We booked this condo based upon a recommendation from a friend, and we were not disappointed. The condo was clean and is close to town making it convenient to everything. Tracy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will keep Tracy's condo in mind for our next trip.

The Seaside Studio Suite is beautiful ! Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and beautiful views of the palm trees and Cruz Bay from the balcony. Everything you need for a perfect stay and Tracy is a wonderful host. We can't wait to return again soon.

Quiet, clean, beautiful view

My wife and I were on island for 12 days. The last three nights were spent at the seaside studio. We like the short walk to Cruz bay and all it has to offer the studio was clean quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely end our vacations at the condo in the future.

Perfect stay for a couple!

The Seaside Studio Suite was exactly as described. The location at Grande Bay was ideal for beach days, an afternoon cocktail, and dinner. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was perfect place to relax for a cocktail after a long day in the sun. There was easy access to many bars, excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Tracy was quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in St. John.

Great location and amenities for everything we needed!

Great location within walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay. Room was equipped with everything we needed and more. We spent nights on the balcony or across the street on the beach. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus and the all of the basics were available in the kitchen. Would highly recommend for a small group or expand to the room next door.

This was our second stay in one of Tracy's Condos, her communication is the best and she's always so helpful! The condos are so beautiful and the view is amazing!! She has absolutely everything you need for a perfect week on beautiful St John, including, Beach chairs, snorkel gear, a cooler and noodles. Great Stay at a Lovely Condo

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely property. The condo was beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and very well equipped. The studio was more than big enough for two people and we didn't miss having a separate bedroom at all. Even though Grande Bay is within walking distance of bars and restaurants, the condo has great soundproofing and was very quiet at night. Workout room, pool and hot tub were all first rate. The owner was a delight to deal with, and all aspects of the rental process were handled professionally. We loved St. John and and hope to stay at this condo again on a return visit.

Perfect Place to Stay!

My husband and I traveled to St. John this month for a quick "kids-free" 4-day vacation. We stayed at Grande Bay for the 2nd time, and in this studio for the first time. This is a fabulous studio. Everything is very clean, attractive, and comfortable. The location of Grande Bay cannot be beat. We would stroll into town and grab a taxi to take us to one of the amazing beaches. We walked everywhere else (shopping, restaurants, bars, and even to get supplies). So there is no need to rent a car. The ammenties at Grande Bay are fantastic- beautiful pool and great exercise room. We will definitely stay at Grande Bay and in this studio again!

The Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed in this Suite for four nights June 2012. The owner, Tracy, was great to deal with and her property manager, Rachelle, was the best. The studio was beautifully furnished and its location, right accross the street from Cruz Bay, could not be beat. We really enjoyed watching the boat activity and the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. It was less than a block from Wharfside and the Beach Bar and Joe's Rum Hut. The Grande Bay Resort is top notch and we enjoyed swimming in the pool and sunning on the pool deck, which overlooked the bay. The resort staff happily filled our ice chest so we could bring cold drinks to the pool deck. We have been coming to St. John since 1995 and would stay in this unit again and happily recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay!

Seaside was the perfect setting for our honeymoon. Our favorite part was the lovely balcony, with its gorgeous view. We spent a lot of time there, whether having breakfast or sitting out late at night, watching the people go by. We also loved being so close to town. The pool and hot tub are nice. We spent part of one cloudy day there, but I can imagine that it would also be nice at night. The kitchenette was great — we were able to stock up the little fridge with drinks, snacks and bagels and cream cheese for breakfasts. It was also nice to be able to make coffee and microwave our leftovers from dinner for lunch or a late-night snack. Overall, the studio was well-appointed and clean with a nice bed/bedding and lovely decor. It made a perfect home base for our heavenly week on St. John! Also, Tracy was extremely accommodating and helpful. The process of renting was stress-free, and she provided lots of information about the island. All around, a great experience!

Great Location if you want to stay in town!

Staying at the Seaside Studio Suite was the perfect location to have as our base for the week. The suite was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed having a full size fridge in the kitchen and the kitchen supplies were enough to meet our needs. Every morning we had our coffee and breakfast on the balcony while we watched the ferry and other boats get started for the day. We spent our days exploring the island and then returned to shower and have happy hour on the balcony before dinner. It was super convenient to be able to walk right into town to eat without having to worry about driving on the roads in the dark. Every day we used the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels that were provided in the Suite. For parking we got a weekly pass through Slim Man’s and ended up using their overflow/additional lot (EZ parking) across from Woody’s. That worked out well and was conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Grande Bay. The booking process was simple and the communications from the owner were timely and easy to follow. The check in and check out process were easy as well. We definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay in town during your time on St John.

Great Stay, Nice Condo Exactly as Advertised

My husband and I stayed at the Seaside Studio for five nights, beginning June 28, 2013. This was our 5th trip to St. John, but our first time at Grande Bay. We've previously stayed in private villas, the Westin, Cruz Views condos and Gallows Point. We liked Grande Bay the most and will be back. I rented the Seaside Studio unit using VRBO and we had a great experience, from beginning to end. Tracy was helpful in answering our questions, her rental contract was simple, the terms were fair and she was easy to work with. The studio unit is small-ish (like a large hotel room with a kitchenette), but was nicely decorated, clean and perfectly sufficient for two. We could have stayed two weeks and not wanted for more. This was the first time I've had central A/C on St. John, which is a real luxury. This unit is on the first floor, one level above the road and beach; the parking garage is directly below. We really didn't have any road noise from below, in fact we were able to hear the ocean lapping against the sand, which was really nice with our morning coffee. I'm sure the views are more sweeping and spectacular from the upper building at Grande Bay, but frankly I liked the convenience of this unit and hearing the surf. It's a trade-off. It was quick to roll out into Cruz Bay, just one flight of stairs and off you went! We never used the elevator except for our arrival and departure with luggage. The staff at Grande Bay were really helpful as well. The safe in the unit was locked when we arrived, and the front desk sent maintenance in mere minutes - problem solved with no waiting around. No dreaded island time at Grande Bay; a friendly and professional operation all around. We stayed during Carnival, and in the interest of full disclosure, it did get rather noisy at night. The live music typically begins around 11pm, so I wouldn't recommend any unit at Grande Bay during Carnival if you are a light sleeper. However, we are NOT light sleepers, so we didn't mind at all. We have a white noise app installed on our phones and just turned that on - problem solved! Thank you Tracy for offering your beautiful 2nd home for rent. We have been visitors to St. John since our first trip in February of 2002. Since that visit, we have been back at least once a year and have shared the island with our children, friends and family members. We know that we are blessed to be able to realize our dream of owning property on St. John. We feel that we have found our place in paradise and we love sharing it with others.

We searched for years for the perfect place on St. John and came to love Grande Bay. The location right in town can not be beat. For us, the perfect day includes making breakfast, heading to a beach or two then coming home to clean up and head out to enjoy dinner. Grande Bay provides us with all the amenities of home with a full kitchen, large showers, comfortable furnishings and an easy walk to the perfect restaurant or bar. We know that you will love it as much as we do!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we have the opportunity to stay at Grande Bay, we enjoy having breakfast on the balcony while listening to the waves and watching Cruz Bay come to life. We love taking the beach chairs and coolers to a different beach each day and snorkeling or hiking up to Ram Head or along another amazing trail. We enjoy all the comforts of home along with staff that will assist us or answer any questions we might have. If we decide to forgo the beach, we have the option of relaxing on the pool deck and enjoying the pool and hot tub. We especially like walking into town less than 100 yards for a delicious meal or island drink
