About this space:
Designed with your comfort in mind, enjoy this newly renovated Veteran-owned home. This centrally located home is just 2 mins to Columbus Technical College, 10 mins to Columbus State University, less than 4 miles to the sought after river walk, and close to the airport, hospitals, stores, malls, restaurants, and downtown Columbus. In just 2 mins, you will be on either of the two closest interstates and arrive at FT Moore or FT Mitchell in 15 -20 minutes (depending on traffic)
The space:
This 1000 square foot home overlooks a LARGE and PRIVATE backyard. It has a beautiful deck, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 6 guests. This southern charm has a modern minimalistic aesthetic. Itâs perfect for corporate housing, business stays, military personnels, couples, groups, and/or family members looking to get away or attend FT Moore / FT Mitchell graduation.

- Toiletries: Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
- Security Cameras onsite: 1 camera at the back and another in the front
Guest access:
The entire home is available for guests to enjoy. Once inside the home, the first door on the left and the backyard storage unit are locked and unavailable for guests.
****Your confirmed reservation is your acknowledgment that you understand and agree to follow the house rules.******
House Rules:
1. No parking on the gravel (rocks). Utilize the driveway or park at the side of the house on the street if additional parking is needed.
2. Pets are NOT allowed ($500 plus additional cleaning fee will be accessed to the reservation if there are traces of pet in the home)
3. Please take off all shoes and place them on the shoe tray when you first enter the home (this helps minimize staining of the carpet and germs.)
4. No smoking / vaping/ e-cigarettes of any kind inside the home or within 5 feet from the home.
5. No illegal drugs on premises
6. Reservation must include all occupants that will be staying in home.
7. Any excessive staining of bath towels, pillows, and bed sheets will incur a fee
8. Be respectful of neighbors.
9. Keep home clean
10. Additional ID verification for all guest staying overnight that cannot do instant booking.
11. Weekly cleaning fee will be applied to any reservation longer than 7 days.
12. Leasing agreement will be required for reservations longer than 29 days.

A lot of thoughtfulness went into creating a safe and cozy home for my guest. The deck overlooks a large private yard. There's plenty of space for kids to play and adults to gather around and relax.
