Oceanfront 2 bedroom villa in Palmetto Dunes with Community Pool

Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has amazing views of the ocean. The large balcony has a table, chairs, and sun loungers to soak up the view. The balcony can be accessed through the living room sliding doors and one of the bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and tub. Located off of the living room, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and its own bathroom.

The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is plenty of room to eat, gather, and relax with the dining room table seating 6 and 3 high stool bars at the breakfast bar. The dining room flows right into the living room, with plenty of seating.

*Please be advised that Hampton Place will undergo exterior painting and window replacement from September 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. While the exact schedule for each building is not yet available, updates will be provided as timelines are finalized. Guests may experience some construction-related noise or activity during this time. We appreciate your understanding as the property undergoes these necessary improvements.*

Ideal location on the beach. Bikes are great for riding the beach and getting around Palmetto Dunes. Unit was very well equipped with all kitchen needs, appliances and utensils. Bathrooms great as was storage for clothes, etc.Nice view of ocean and beach. Deck with chairs and table and pads for chairs were nice touch. Nice condo and decorated nicely.

Island Time was very responsive - there was an issue with the building elevator and they helped address it quickly with building management. Nice view from the balcony, and short walk to the pool and beach. I am mobility limited and the path to the beach involved no stairs and several places to stop and rest on the way; it was great. Overall a very nice experience for our family - this is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit, highly recommended. The Palmetto Dunes resort is. the best on the island, I think, and we've been coming to HH for 40 years.

Beautiful balcony with unusually good furnishings and high quality patio door (many rentals have bad ones). Pretty good beach/ocean view. ~500 steps from the Villa to the beach, maybe 200 to the pool. Nice pool area with both adult (lap) and general pools, a small hot tub, nice padded lounges, small gym.. Elevator very near unit. Beach access is an easy wooded ramp (vs other places with steep stairs). Furnishings are high quality. WIFI is 5G and about 300MB. Islandtime is very responsive mgmt company. 1K, 1Q, 1T beds. Shower/no tub in 2nd bedroom FYI. Not issues with villa at all.
