This home has 4 levels and there is no elevator. The main level with primary bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining area require climbing 1 flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms on garage level that are accessible with no stairs.

The walk to the ski area is via a well-maintained path. It takes approximately 7 minutes.

There is parking for a max of 4 vehicles. No campers per HOA regulations and no trailers without prior approval of Host.

The owners allow 1 dog per stay with prior approval only. Dogs must be well-behaved and not allowed to be left unattended unless crated.

No parties or events.

The home is for quiet enjoyment and subject to HOA noise and city ordinances.
