Good location

Can’t beat the location- steps from the beach. This part of the beach is very quiet- nice to have chairs, beach toys at the property. Very convenient. Property is as advertised; area feels very safe and secure. Bring your own beach towels. Overall we recommend.

While we were there over the New Year's holiday the weather was unseasonably cold and we didn't swim much in the ocean however we did swim in the heated pool. The condo has been recently renovated and everything was very clean. There is plenty of space. Our two teenagers each had their own room and the central living area was large enough for us all. The management company was helpful and very responsive.

Overall, the condo was clean, but in need of a kitchen update, new carpeting, and drapery. The condo smelled quite moldy and the carpeting ,in particular, was buckling and loose... probably from being wet and not properly dried. One of the two elevators remained broken the entire week we were there. Pool and hot tub were excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week staying at the Sandcastle 1-907. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The only thing that wasn't provided was beach towels but we were able to purchase some at Publix when we went to get our groceries. You can't beat the view from the balcony, we saw some beautiful sunsets and a few dolphins. The heated pool was great, even though the week was cooler than expected, we were still able to use the pool and hot tub. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit too. The owner was very responsive any time we had any questions and the Florida Lifestyle team was great.

The location was great, right on the beach. The pool was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with any cooking equipment you might need. The furniture was old, stained, and out dated. The property smelled musty and humid. There were plenty of towels and beach equipment to use. The management company was very attentive and when we called about a running toilet, it was fixed that day, along with something we didn't call about.

The unit is beautifully updated and thoughtfully furnished, making for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The kitchen appliances are all brand new, and the washer and dryer were especially quiet and efficient. The Bosch dishwasher was nearly silent, which we really appreciated.The views from this condo are absolutely incredible. The large balcony connects the living room and the primary bedroom, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The bedroom also has blackout shades that work great when you want to sleep in.Both bathrooms feature beautifully renovated tiled showers, and the whole unit was clean and very well maintained. While the Sandcastle I building itself is a little older, this condo feels modern, fresh, and completely updated.One of the nicest benefits was the well-equipped beach closet/locker, stocked with Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of beach toys for the kids.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

It was immaculately clean, furniture was very nice and comfortable, kitchen was stocked extremely well, there was nothing we needed. The owner was more than accommodating and we appreciated his assistance with running the TV. We are no strangers to condo rental and for the first time, we give 907 a 10 out of 10!

Every step, chair moving, ball bouncing, and water running was heard from the unit above. Please be aware the mattress are firm. The pool could use a cleaning twice a day if possible. The amenities at the unit were plentiful. The unit was stocked with everything you need(kitchen utensils,plates,cups,etc.). Check the balcony closet for any beach stuff you need. The location is very convenient to a wonderful amount of restaurants and shops. Overall a great experience and would recommend trying it.

Amazing Views! Beautiful Condo!

It was incredibly clean & truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were in the closet on the balcony. The views of the Gulf were absolutely gorgeous. Communication with the owner was easy & always got a timely response. My only suggestions would be to possibly add a full length mirror to each bedroom & maybe a few hooks or towel bars for additional hanging. When 5 people are trying to get ready for dinner at the same time, it can be challenging with only having a mirror in each bathroom. Of course these things did not diminish our love for the property. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!!

4th of July vacay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time! The location is great and the view is amazing! The condo is definitely outdated, but has everything you need to enjoy yourself. It was not as clean as I expected and it appeared that the cleaning crew did not do a great job prior to our arrival. I went over the sinks and toilets myself before we got situated. It looked like a rush job. Our main complaint is the internet is awful! We re-set it daily, but if you have more than one device using the room WiFi, you will be disappointed with the speed. It glitches and freezes. I would also recommend upgrading the mattresses in the two smaller bedrooms, as they are terribly uncomfortable!Loved the location, but not sure we would stay again, mainly because of the beds and internet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my family and I had a nice stay. Was it the best condo we’ve ever stayed in? No. Could it have been worse? Yes. The location couldn’t have been better, the views were outstanding and there were plenty of good places to eat. The condo is definitely in need of some updating. The shower liner was very gross, I removed it during our stay, the master shower is rusted in areas but it was clean. I wiped it down myself and it really didn’t need it. Under the beds hadn’t been cleaned. There was an inch of dust and several random socks that didn’t belong to us. There was popcorn under the couch in the living room and we didn’t have pop corn so that was left over. The guest toilet had a nasty ring around the top of the bowl. The sheets on a queen in the guest had something black on them so we washed them. This condo has carpet which I can’t imagine why a condo on the beach would have carpet but I knew that going in. It honestly wasn’t the worst thing but it does make you feel icky for lack of a better word. HOWEVER, the condo was not disgusting. I probably would look for other accommodations before staying here again as it is now, but with a few updates and some deeper cleaning I would stay here again. The washer/dryer was awesome to have the pool and hot tub were great and the other guests/residents were nice and it felt very safe. The price was great too. So overall if you feel like wearing your flip flops in the shower, and don’t mind doing some cleaning of your own the stay here. If they update and clean a little more then definitely stay here.

Our condo 907 needs serious updating and the house keeping was terrible. Never vacuumed, toilets and showers were never cleaned. Kitchen was a dirty mess.
