Guests have access to the entire condo. There are no shared accommodations.

You are right near King Street West, one of the most vibrant, popular and sought after locations in the city. There is a grocery and drug store just down the street. Starbucks is right downstairs. Everything you need is close by! Walk to the CN Tower, Ripley`s Aquarium, Chinatown or the Eaton Centre. Explore Kensington Market or the world famous Graffiti Alley. You`ll love it!

You are in the best location in the city! Walk everywhere to most major attractions. Public transit is right outside your door, a block down is the King streetcar running every few minutes day or night. Walk up to the Queen streetcar and be in another part of the city. Jump on the streetcar and within minutes you`ll be at the St. Patrick subway station, or Osgoode subway station. Uber and Lyft are popular modes of transportation in the city as well. Feeling energetic? Bixi bikes are just down the street - see Toronto by bicycle!

No events or parties allowed. Please treat my home with the same respect and care as you do your own. It is important to be respectful of my neighbours - no noise after hours please. Also, no smoking of any kind in the suite - tobacco or cannabis. Checkout time is 11 am. Thank you.

If you are flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport, I strongly recommend taking the UP Express train into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. My building is a short cab or Uber ride from there. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid highway traffic!

My property does not accept packages, mail or deliveries for short term rental guests. You can have mail/packages sent to the closest Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location. If you want food delivery, you must meet the person outside the front entrance, they can not be buzzed into the building or up to the unit. If you are staying for an extended period of time, 4 months or longer, please ask before booking as I may be able to register you with the building.
