Welcome to our bright and comfy 2BR/2BA bungalow in the heart of St. Petersburg, FL! At 1,240 sq ft, this fully furnished home offers an open floor plan, cozy charm, and an unbeatable walkable location.
We purchased this 100-year-old gem in 2015 and have been slowly renovating it with love ever since. Itâs not perfectâsome ceilings still need trim and not every wall is freshly paintedâbut itâs clean, comfortable, and full of character.
Why We Love It (and You Might Too!):
* 10-minute walk to Crescent Lake Park (paved loop + dog park)
* 12-minute walk to Starbucks and nearby lunch spots
* 20â25-minute walk to downtown St. Pete (Central Ave. & 4th St.)
* 20-minute drive to Tampa Bay and Gulf beaches
What You'll Get:
* Two bedrooms, two bathrooms
* Apple TV (no cable)
* WiFi included
* Washer/dryer in the detached laundry room (behind the house)
* Fenced backyard
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the house and backyard. Off-street parking is included for one vehicle, with additional street parking available.
Dog-Friendly (With Some Rules):
We welcome well-behaved dogs (under 50 lbs) with prior approval. Please note:
The backyard fence is not secure for escape-prone pups
Florida = flea central please ensure your dog is properly protected
We do not allow any dog breeds (or mixes) associated with:

We love being just a short walk from Crescent Lake Park, cozy coffee shops, and a variety of restaurantsâplus it's only a 5-minute drive (or scenic 20-minute walk) to the waterfront and vibrant downtown. It's the kind of place where you can start your morning with a peaceful stroll and end your evening with live music or a great mealâall without needing to get on the highway.
It truly feels like the best of both worlds!
