"Shore Thing" Brand New Beachfront Rental Home in Panama City Beach - Perfect for Group Getaway!
Introducing "Shore Thing" by Holiday Beach Rentals, a new, beachfront rental perfect for your group's next get together. This luxury vacation home is located on the East End of Panama City Beach. With 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms (+2 half baths) this rental can accommodate up to 18 guests. Start planning your getaway today!
On the first floor, you'll find a small wet bar area with a beverage refrigerator and ice maker. This floor also features direct access to your furnished pool deck with an outdoor TV, dining area, Kamado Joe Charcoal grill, outdoor shower, private heated 14x10 pool and direct access to the beach via beach boardwalk! A half bath and the first washer and dryer set is located in the hallway on this floor as well.
The second floor features the main living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area with amazing views of the beach. The first bedroom is located on this floor, a king bed with an en-suite attached. This full bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway.
Up on the third level, there are two queen/king bunk rooms with private en-suite and a king room with private en-suite. A stacked washer and dryer set is located on this level as well.
On the fourth and final floor, you will find the last two bedrooms, one king room and a multi-bunk room with two twin/twin bunk beds, each with a private en-suite. An additional living space is located on this floor with a wet bar and a half bath.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! This home has direct Beach Access through a Shared Boardwalk with another one of our property's, "Intoxicasun" next door.
*If you are interested in making any of our luxury homes part of your event planning, please know that there is an additional fee associated. Give us a call for details!
*Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm.

Shore Thing requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

Summer: May 31 - July 26 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
