All of the beds are Full-Size, baby soft, and the 7th bed is in the Loft. Enjoy the Marina Madness and come back to the neat, clean Cypress Cove for some essential R&R!

Perfect camp for hunting/fishing trip

Nice spot in cypress cove marina. Great spot to hunt/fish out of. Nick was accommodating and very helpful both before and during our stay!

A great trip

Loved this houseboat in Cypress Cove. It has a cool deck that we bbq’d, fished and watched the gators on. The fishing charter boat picked us up right from the deck and we had a fabulous day out fishing. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed. Thanks Nick!!

Overall experience was good

The manager/owner of property worked with us on changing our dates to match up with better weather for our fishing charter which was awesome. The house itself could use a deep cleaning there were spider webs and spiders all over the ceilings (we delt with that) the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the septic smell was strong throughout the house. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Great property with a great location!

Fun place

Fun place for me and my son. Wanted a lot of money on groceries before got there expecting to be able to cook. Oven and cooktop did not work and there was no internet.

Great place to stay in Venice!

Spacious modern kitchen, plenty of den seating, several big beds. Clean, really great dock spot on end of pier, front porch chairs allowed us to watch boats come in/out of river. Appreciated outdoor fans and ice machines. Well done!!

Great place on water

Overall, it was a great stay and we were just in and out for a quick one day fishing trip. Host was great to communicate with. Fishing guide can pick you up at house which was nice and dropped us off after refueling. This was for inshore fishing. Great back porch view of peaceful Cypress trees and wildlife. Overall great value.

Great Location and well maintained

This was our second stay at the property and we will be back again. The location is great for fishing and staying in the heart of cypress cove marina. The houseboat is set up nice for comfortable sleeping and the living space is great for relaxing and cooking up your catch. The porch with fans is great to relax on and safe for kids to play around and have fun. Having the washer/dryer, large ice machine and chest freezer makes this property perfect for a longer stay. Dirty property

The house boat has potential if it was clean. Dirt on everything, floors looked like a barn yard. The wasp nest on porches were everywhere and I for one am allergic to them. Also the couches are worn out and shower is absolutely the worst. A full grown person can’t even stand up and move in that small of a shower. I will never stay here again. I hope you refund my cleaning fee as you said you were going too

Dirty and hot

This house boat was dirty when we arrived. The floors were dirty and there was spiders and cob webs throughout the house. The inside corners of the house and around the furniture had heavy amounts of dust and crumbs from a pour job of sweeping. There were a lot of wasp nest around the camp that we had to get rid of ourselves so we could safely even get into the camp. This camp only has one small bathroom with a tiny shower which had a broken shower door which was covered with a shower curtain and made it hard to enter the shower. The house did not cool properly and we were instructed not to turn the thermostat down past 70degrees which made for an uncomfortable night sleep. The house had poor water pressure as well. There are much better places to stay in this area for the price. We will not be staying here again.

Great tile and great place.

Pretty much exactly what was listed was there. Beautiful view from the bad deck and comfortable beds. The property manager was VERY quick to respond to any questions I had before staying. We would definitely stay here again.
