Welcome to this Beautiful 2023 newly built home! With a Bright and Open interior, and wooded views, this home offers a spacious, serene place to enjoy your vacation. The comfortable furniture includes an electric Anti Gravity, duel reclining love seat, complete with phone chargers, and adjustable head rests. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the large Roku TV, while the Electric fireplace completes the ambiance. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. You will find the Master Suite quite roomy, with a Brand New Ergo adjustable King Size Bed, Roku TV and an amazing En suite bath. The En suite includes a large walk in shower with two shower heads, a built in vanity, double sinks and a private commode. The remaining two bedrooms offer Brand New Ergo adjustable Queen Size Beds and share a second bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Please note* The driveway is steep. Once you are checked into the house, using the Garage makes it easy to enter the Home.

Located on the East end of the Village, this home is close to Balboa Beach and Marina, several restaurants and the new by-pass which makes the beautiful drive into Hot Springs a little faster!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are permitted

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
