Enjoy the best sunrises every day of your trip from your own sun deck in the sand or after a quick stroll onto the beach itself. Located at the end of Seacrest Drive which gives you plenty of parking! Owner provides linens and bathotowels as an added bonus.
Beach Access: Seacrest Beach Club is a private beach association. Therefore, renters need to purchase a ârental flagâ for the week from the Lifeguard stand at the beach. The cost of the flag is $150 and a $20 refundable deposit. Please make the $150 check payable to âSeacrest Beach Clubâ. The $20 deposit will be returned to you when you bring the flag back to the Lifeguards at end of the week.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
