This spacious classic villa with a large swimming pool sits in gardens and olive groves just steps from the azure sea at Voutakos Beach. A mere 200m from the sable shore, you can lounge poolside or hit the waves.
The home has 7 independent bedrooms with spacious verandahs â ideal for families or friends. The large, luxe kitchen comes fully equipped, and the stylish living room is relaxing and cosy, with a fireplace for winter.
Terraces have magnificent sweeping views from sea to mountain.

The Space
Sumptuous Greek island living at its finest.
The Villa is all stone and is set over 2 floors with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It is surrounded by a multi-level garden with a swimming pool (13 x 6 m), 60 olive trees, palm trees, cactus and other Mediterranean landscaping.
The top floor has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a working area and a private balcony with a grand view.
The ground level has one wing with 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with 2 twin beds, bathroom with shower.
The other wing on the ground floor with an open space patio courtyard around a lemon tree includes 4 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed and a small desk, a dressing room, a private balcony and en-suite bathroom
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed sharing a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds (or it can be configured as a king)
- 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (or it can be configured as a king).
The open-plan lounge and dining room looks out on the pool verandah. And outside there are many seating areas, including a vast marble table for dining al fresco.
On the pergola-shaded patios there are also two lounging spaces that can allow for guests to enjoy the outdoor areas at all times of the day. And the outdoor grill/kitchen has another long table for dining.
