Unbelievable Vacation spot in Marco

Marriott property was probably one of the best I have stayed at in many years. Unit we stayed in was spotless and completely updated. Onsite amenities exceeded expectations. Each day a different set of activities for adults and children of all ages. On-site restaurant was great for lunch, dinner, and poolside service. Marriott Crystal Shores staff were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

Our family of 6 stayed here for spring break. I was a little nervous about the booking process, as it was non-refundable and only had one review. I am so glad we booked this property! The check in process was super easy, all the staff members were friendly and helpful. The property itself was clean and well maintained. There were a ton of activities for guests to do throughout the week. I loved that there were 3 pools, 2 of which were very kid friendly (water slide, shallow, heated pools). There was poolside service for food and drinks. You were able to rent beach chairs and/or umbrellas for the day or week. About our room: we were upgraded to a beachfront room which had incredible views of the ocean and sunset. There was a huge balcony with a table/4 chairs, and 2 comfortable lounge chairs. I loved that the room had a kitchenette and a small washer/dryer. There was a pull out couch (we never used). Master bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed with an en-suite. Second room had 2 queens and a separate bathroom. There was no housekeeping, however, staff was always available if you needed any extra towels or linens. The villa was equipped with a few loads of laundry soap, as well as dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, sponges and a broom. Pro tip: if you want beach chairs close to the water, rent them asap, as it is on a first come-first served basis. Can’t wait to come back!
