The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the amenities you need to whip up your favorite meals. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has everything you need to enjoy Southern Utah.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful outdoor space that includes a propane fire pit/table and misters, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Utah weather.

For those who love outdoor activities, we've got you covered! We have a bike rack that can accommodate up to 6 bikes, a golf bag rack that can hold up to 4 bags, 2 adjustable adult/teen push scooters (up to 200 lbs) and helmets, and 2 portable, inflatable paddle boards. Boat/trailer and additional guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis on the north end of the complex.

Desert Sky Retreat is nestled just east of St George, you'll be minutes from world class dining, golf, shopping, theater, spas and more. Love to hike and boat? Desert Sky Retreat is less than an hour from Zion's canyon and a short drive to Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon. Swim in the year-round heated pool and hot tub or discover xeriscape walking trails and the family-friendly Sienna Hills Park—all just steps from the front door. Down the road, you'll find the Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park and NEW Ninja Warrior Park obstacle course next to the Hell Hole trailhead. It's one of a kind!

Room Configurations:

Primary Suite - King bed (sleeps 1-2)

Guest Room - Queen bed (sleeps 1-2)

Bunk Room - Bunk bed with Full size bed on bottom and a Twin XL size bed on top and trundle Twin below (sleeps 1-4)

All rooms have a TV and HD cables for gaming or other device hook-up. The guest room has a desk and the bunk room as a desk and a computer monitor available for those who work remotely.

Traveling with kids? We have a pack n play and booster chair. As well as games, puzzles, books and toys to keep everyone entertained!

PARKING: This house has a private 2-car garage with an EV plug (bring your own charger). There is also additional guest parking next to the house (up to 15 slots). Bringing a trailer? There are a few oversized parking spots on the North end of the neighborhood. These are on a first come, first serve basis. You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options)

PETS: This property does NOT allow pets - owners may or may not have had pets on the property or previous guests' service animals. If you have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify us.

SMOKING: This is a strict NON-SMOKING property. (This includes vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.
