Other things to note
▪️Wildlife such as deer, beavers, rabbits, gophers, and others may visit the property. Being lakeside, expect bugs outside and wildlife.

▪️NOTE! Safety Matters! We are lakeside on a 30-foot bluff; children must never be left unattended outside, and there is no direct access to the water from the property.

▪️An exterior security camera is installed on the front and back of the property facing the driveway, ensuring safety without intruding on privacy.
