Escape to the tranquility of Santa Teresa, Coto Brus, with our stunning home, built in 2022 and perched at approximately 3500 feet above sea level. Just 8 miles from Panama, this beautiful home awaits those seeking a getaway surrounded by nature.
Our home is nestled on 7 1/2 acres of land, including 2 1/2 acres of pristine primary forest, offering a one of a kind view of nature. Accessible via a 15 to 20-minute drive up the mountain from San Vito or Sabalito, we recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle to navigate the terrain comfortably. The drive from San Jose Airport will take approx 5 1/2 to 6 hours, either via the Pan American Highway, or via the beach route.
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the property, complete with a stream, a small waterfall, a greenhouse, and abundant fruit trees. Wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise from the expansive terrace while sipping on a cup of coffee. The views are ever-changing, ranging from being above the clouds, below the clouds, or to being surrounded by them.
