This property is always private and the 2 different listings are not separate listings. It can either be booked as a 2 or 3 bedroom property, but you will always be the only guests staying.
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay. The garage may also be accessed very occasionally, however this will have minimal guest inconvenience.
