PARKING:

Complimentary parking for St Clair hotel guests is conveniently located in the garage just across the street. Accessible via Catfish Alley, directly behind the Grand Theatre, we offer 15 exclusive spots reserved just for you. Please proceed to the 3rd floor upon entering the garage, where you’ll find spaces clearly marked with St. Clair Parking signs.



Please note that the parking area has a clearance height limit of 6 feet 9 inches (6'9"). Vehicles taller than this may not fit in the designated parking space. If you're traveling with a large vehicle, van, or rooftop cargo, please check your vehicle height in advance.



GATHERINGS:

We know you are coming to Frankfort to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.



QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.



SMOKING:

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.



MINIMUM AGE:

Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.



SECURITY:

For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You'll check yourself in using a secure keypad—no keys, no front desk. We’ll send your personalized access code and arrival instructions 24 hours before check-in.

Guests enjoy full access to The St. Clair’s common spaces, including The Howser Tavern, lobby seating areas, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

• Security cameras are present in common areas and outside the building (not in rooms)

• No cable TV; Roku with streaming apps is provided

• The Howser Tavern and Speakeasy is located on the first floor for guests 21+. Please note that the Speakeasy is only open Thursday through Saturday.
