Welcome to Sunset Condo & located at the most beautiful resort on the beach!

Be prepared for a breathtaking view as you walk onto the balcony! Newly updated too!

Beautiful kitchen and living room with a view to the beach and paradise themed resort! It has a washer and dryer in this condo.

The kitchen has it all and for your convenience amenities.
Parking spot on same 5th level and ready for you! Parking spot will have yellow letters of condo number. This is a privately owned condo-no need to check in. Information will be sent day of check-in date.

Right next to Pineapple Willy’s Restaurant and short walk to Walmart and it’s across the street. Plenty of fun and restaurants just a few miles away from the resort.

***Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $85 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the resort and I will send link prior to arrival.
1 Parking Pass with this unit and 6 wristbands. Garage clearance 7ft.***

Wonderful condo

Very nice condo. The property owner was absolutely amazing to work with and answered all my questions. Kids loved the pool areas. The assigned parking was a true lifesaver.

Great 5th floor unit!

This was our first time at Shores of Panama and we enjoyed it! The unit was in a great location in the building and was nice and clean. There was a lot to do within walking distance too! We were here for a baseball tournament and the proximity to the park was great!Only complaint would be the tight parking spaces for large vehicles…but it’s a parking garage, so that could be expected! Having a reserved space on the 5th floor was nice though! Elevator wait times are longer during peak times (lunch/dinner/check in) but otherwise we didn’t have any issues. We’d definitely stay here again!

Communication was clear, timely, and lovely from start to finish. A true pleasure to host! Everything went smoothly, and the unit was left in great condition. It’s always a joy to welcome vacationers who are easy to work with and appreciate the space. Would gladly welcome back anytime. Highly recommend!

The Shores at Panama is in a phenomenal location - there's Walmart, Pineapple Willie's, souvenir shops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. all in walking distance. I would've appreciated communication prior to the day of check-in: there was no communication until check-in day and the door code was provided 45min before check-in time. When we checked in, the condo was not clean (dirty/hairy sheets, heavily dusty bedroom curtains & decor, visibily dirty walls, molded shower curtain to name a few) and the balcony door latch was broken/unsecure/unlocked (huge safety issue with small kids). I will say that the owner was quick to send housekeeping and maintenance to remedy these things the next morning. Positives: the AC worked well and the condo stayed cool! The washer and dryer worked well also, as did the dishwasher. I loved the bunkbed area and so did our kids! They loved pulling their curtain shut and having their own "bedroom" and bathroom. Having a TV in that area was so nice! The only thing I would say could be desired in terms of kid-friendliness would be some kid friendly cups/plates. The beds were comfortable, the condo was quiet, and the balcony was peaceful with a beautiful ocean view. The beach was a super short walk from the property. The parking space is super tight, so bring extra patience with you, but having a guaranteed space on the condo level is super convenient.

We had a great stay! The resort is gorgeous with a great pool and easy beach access. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance whether you need something family friendly or prefer the night life. The resort was very family friendly. Appreciated the fact there was a parking garage and assigned parking spot, it helped keep my vehicle cool in the FL heat, however, the parking is tight which just requires everyone to exercise some patience while coming and going. Lots of security onsite around the clock. Clean facility with some areas undergoing updates and I’m excited to see the final results. Poolside food and drinks were expensive, but I expected that. Highly recommend the Mahi Mahi Sandwich!Our particular unit was very nice. Accurate pictures. Comfortably slept 6 with 2 full bathrooms. All kitchen essentials provided but only enough plates/bowls/silverware for 6, so recommend bringing paper plates and plasticware. The host provided all unit and check-details timely and as promised. Had 1 issue arise halfway through our stay and I notified the host who responded within 15-minutes and addressed the concern immediately. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Dirty

When you arrive the outside of the property looks nice, but when you get to your condo, the door lock/knobIs rusty, dents all over the door. Looks nice when you enter, but the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, the toaster oven and knife set on the counter were dirty. There was a hair in both showers. The baseboards/light switches were dirty. The mirror in the MBR was dirty-you could write your name on it. Balcony door didn’t lock, light above laundry area was out. On a positive, the view is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets and the living room furniture was pretty new. The Host wasVery responsive to us with a TV issue we had. The pool area is very nice.Other than the condo being dirty, we did enjoy our stay.

Do not recommend renting to this customer- 1 Star! This was our very first VRBO guest, and while we are always open to constructive input, this particular experience does not reflect the overwhelmingly positive feedback we’ve received from guests who booked directly through our Facebook page — all of whom have left 5-star reviews. Upon arrival, the guest called immediately with numerous complaints, many of which we believe were exaggerated or unrelated to the actual condition of the unit. We responded quickly and respectfully to assist with a minor TV issue, and everything else in the condo was in working order and cleaned prior to arrival. We understand that some guests expect perfection in a privately owned condo, but it’s important to note this is a beach property, not a brand-new resort. The condo is regularly cleaned, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished — including newer living room furniture, beautiful sunset views, and a great pool area. Unfortunately, some individuals seem determined to leave a poor review no matter how responsive or accommodating we are. This customer asked for an outlandish refund request- VRBO would not even approve. That said, we appreciate everyone who treats our space with care and leaves thoughtful, balanced feedback.

Overall, the location of the property is wonderful. The immediate access to the beach was amazing, and there was lots to do within walking distance. Checkin was fairly easy. Highly recommend buying your parking pass and property access wristbands prior to arrival as it made our check-in pretty seamless. A few things to keep in mind, I would definitely bring a pair of slippers or a pair of socks you dont care about to wear inside the condo. Upon arrival the floors had a ridiculous amount of sand on them, which I'm guessing was from the previous renters, but even without the sand, the floors were just dirty. Also there was only 1 dishwasher tab and 1 laundry tab to use, and since part of the check out procedures are to run the dishwasher and put the towels in the washer, you really dont have the option to use the dishwasher or washing machine during your stay because there are no backup detergents. Definitely bring your own towels if you are traveling with 4 people as there weren't many backup towels, especially for a week long stay. Speaking of backups, bring extra rolls of toilet paper as we only had 1 roll per bathroom, and as a family of 5, well that doesnt work out to well. All of my complaints/suggestions are basic housekeeping items that can easily be remedied. The overall location and property are amazing, just for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have backups of the basic necessities that you would find in a hotel.

The air-conditioning worked well and the view of the beach was as expected per the pictures. The internet was spotty and dropped frequently. The kitchen was not as stocked as I had hoped. We purchased supplies at Walmart in order to cook efficiently to save money from eating out. Security was everywhere, but didn't seem to do much aside from looking for your bracelet. We had issues with unsupervised children all hours of the night as well as patking issues on our last day. The property manager was amazing and very responsive and respectful. We loved and enjoyed our stay. We would book here again for sure!
