This Garden City townhome isn't your garden-variety vacation rental! Situated within walking distance of public beach/lake access as well as local shops and restaurants, you'll have the best of Bear Lake within easy reach of your front door. Beaver Mountain Ski Area is only 13 miles away and you'll have plenty of scenic hikes, ATV trails, and waterfront recreation to choose from for warm-weather adventure. Summer-stay guests can also tee it up at the nearby Bear Lake Golf Course (3.9 mi.).

When you're not making the most of your prime location, you'll find the townhome well-suited for family comfort. The main living area welcomes casual downtime and movie nights, while the upstairs game room includes an air hockey table and another smart TV for added family fun. The covered patio makes a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon libations. The full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle all your home cooking needs.

One bedroom and a full bathroom are located downstairs. The primary suite, two bunk rooms, and a shared bathroom are located upstairs. The primary suite boasts its own bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower, plus a walk-in closet.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
