A retro-modern-boho style freshly updated home in West Bradenton with wall-to-wall bay window views to a private pool and secluded palmy backyard patio. Pool heater goes up to 90 degrees. The home features four bedrooms that sleeps eleven in total: two king beds, a queen bed, and a bunk room that comfortably sleeps five. This is the perfect atmosphere and space for families and/or business professionals to unwind, relax and break away from daily life.

Enjoy close access to the high-end Warner Bayou boat launch, the Palma Sola neighborhood and the short scenic drive to the very popular Anna Maria Island. The location is within minutes to boat launches, powder sand beaches and fun restaurants. Spend the day on your adventures and retreat back to Palm Haven when you need a place to cool off, wind down and relax. Or hopefully you will love this home so much you won't even want to leave!

This is our first time to the Bradenton FL area and we absolutely loved it. We usually go down to the panhandle area of FL but think we will be changing out vacation spot for now on after visiting the Bradenton FL area. The house was amazing. It was well taken care of, very clean and a enough amenities to keep the kids busy. Our kids loved the pool. It was also really nice having not to bring some of our beach supplies. It was nice having a cooler, beach wagon, beech chairs and beach umbrella there for us to borrow. The beaches was amazing. Our kids saw dolphins, manatees, and star fish while swimming in the ocean. We cannot wait until next summer.

Cute house, but mismanaged and locked down. Disappointed

The place was clean, cozy, and charming — but the host made it hard to enjoy. A/C? Locked. Pool heater? Locked. Grill? Disgusting — and no propane provided.The biggest red flag? A ceiling fan hanging loose, with a fastener visibly out of place. When we reported it, the host told us not to use it… and then asked if we could fix it. Seriously?Great home, but between the safety issues and the lack of basic hospitality, I wouldn’t stay here again unless management completely changes.

I am glad to hear that you thought the place was “clean, cozy and charming.” We have been renting our home for almost 2 years and have had all 5 stars on this website and other rental sites up until this point. We take pride in being excellent hosts and doing our best to give our guests a quality experience. We have included many amenities with our property and choose not to nickel and dime our guests with added fees or extras. We include a heated pool, trash can removal, a fully equipped kitchen, beach equipment, hand soaps, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. These items are not typically included or are an extra cost at other rentals. The majority of our guests have said that they had everything they needed and then some to enjoy their stay. There was no communication about the AC during this particular visit. We allow guests to adjust the AC between 68-75 degrees. The heated pool is set at 85 degrees in the summer months and up to 90 degrees during winter months. This is considered high for typical vacation rental temperatures. Unfortunately, during this particular visit the fastener became loose on the fan plate covering. This issue was not unsafe but cosmetically displeasing. We addressed the issue immediately and communicated the best we could on a national holiday. Since it was the 4th of July, our regular staff was not immediately able to attend the non-emergency issue. My apologies for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. Take care.

We are a young family with three children from Minnesota that loves escaping the freezing cold temperatures to warm and sunny Florida. We enjoy our spot in West Bradenton all times of the year. We love this area and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!

It has been a dream of ours to host a vacation rental and share this special place with others. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family loves going to Anna Maria Island, just a short 15 minutes scenic drive from our house. Rent a golf cart for the day on the island and go to waterfront restaurants, boutiques, donut + ice cream shops. We love playing volleyball and building sandcastles on the powder-sand beaches all day and staying until sunset.

Just on the edge of our neighborhood is the Warner's Bayou boat launch where we venture out on the water and look for dolphins, manatees and other animals in nature. We are also next to Robinson's Park Reserve where you can find walking trails, kayaking, wildlife and a large playground.

Everyone that comes through the door of this home is taken back by all of the beauty and detail put into each space. We were intentional about giving attention to all the details. Everything feels clean, airy, bright and inviting. The interior design and tropical vibes truly make you feel like you are on a vacation getaway.

Our favorite room in the home is the sunroom, because it has wall-to-wall bay windows exposing the pool area and the view of palm trees is breathtaking. Enjoy the view of the backyard no matter the weather forecast or time of day.

The home has been given the name "Palm Haven" because of the private palmy backyard hangout space. The enclosed fence is lined with palm trees, Birds of Paradise and botanicals. It is the perfect space to enjoy on your own or with close friends and family. During the day it feels like your own private café. In the evening, all of the palms are lit up with spot lights making you feel like you are on a tropical vacation.

The second driveway also has a private gated parking space for the potential of parking watercraft and boats. The home is located on a private culdesac with lots of parking space for registered guests.
