Conveniently located between Aspen and Basalt, and just three quarters of a mile off Highway 82, the 18-acre setting offers both privacy and serenity, yet affords easy access to the towns, ski mountains and premier fishing areas on the Roaring Fork and Frying Pan Rivers.

With three separate living areas, there is ample room for gathering as well as space for privacy. Two of the living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, include a fireplace with gas logs and automatic starters. The additional living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV as well as abundant table space for games or puzzles. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining bar and breakfast room offers yet another area to gather. Four of the five bedrooms are equipped with a king bed and every bedroom provides guests with blackout curtains for sufficient rest.

Many of the light switches are controlled by Lutron and are automatic for your convenience. The master bedroom’s blackout shades are controlled by Lutron as well.
