Welcome to the extraordinary Dark Horse Cabin hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB. Nestled in the heart of Beavers Bend State Park in Hochatown, Oklahoma, this cabin offers a unique and unforgettable experience for your getaway.

The Dark Horse Cabin s part of a multi-unit compound that offers both the option to rent the main cabin alone (THIS LISTING) or both the main cabin and The Dark Horse Loft . As you arrive, you'll find a cement driveway on the left hand side under the awning for parking convenience. The property features a shared basketball court, providing a recreational space for guests. If the Dark Horse Loft is booked during your stay there will be guest that have shared access to the basketball court. The Dark Horse Cabin is on a quiet dead-end road at the back of the subdivision making it great for scenic walks around the neighborhood.

Dark Horse Cabin:
This spacious cabin features a multi-level layout, providing ample space for your group. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the Dark Horse Cabin boasts comfortable accommodations for a variety of guests. The main level features a luxurious King Bedroom with a master suite, including a walk-in shower and double vanity. Downstairs, two additional King Bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. The hallway on the lower level is home to 2 XL Twin Bunks, perfect for extra sleeping space.

Amenities:
-Indulge in relaxation with a large sauna off the back deck, complete with an exterior entrance.
-Unwind in the 7-person hot tub
-Hang by the fire-pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
-The screened-in porch with an electric fireplace provides a cozy spot to enjoy the outdoors in any weather.
-Stay active with a basketball court (shared space with The Loft guests) and various outdoor games, including frisbee, football, and corn-hole.
-The property also offers washers for additional entertainment.

PET FRIENDLY! Pets are $75/pet per stay up to 3 pets. Pets are not allowed on linens or furniture, they are not allowed to be left alone in the cabin without being crated. (**pet fees are charged after the booking is completed through our parent site**)

The Dark Horse Property is situated in one of the most original neighborhoods in Beavers Bend State Park, offering a large lot at the end of a cul-de-sac. Explore the charm of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and discover the beauty of Hochatown, with Beavers Bend State Park just moments away.

***To sleep/book the ENTIRE property ask about booking The Dark Horse Compound! You would add The Dark Horse Loft: 1 king bed + 2 bunks (sleeps 4) on site the same property with another kitchen, laundry, and bathroom!***

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
