Summary:
2Bed/3Bath 1700sqft Ocean Front condo with panoramic breath-taking views and new upscale furnishings located within the heart of Marathon Key. This Ocean front condo is the largest condo within a private gated fishing village that offers a large, heated pool, 2 fish cleaning stations, a community clubhouse with kitchen and grills, open grounds along the waterfront edge, kayak/canoe launch, free parking, & secure keyless entry. 65min from airport (EYW).
The Space:
NEW 2Bed/3Bath, sleeping 6 condo; 1700sq ft.
Directly on the Atlantic Ocean, condo offers the best views out of them all within this newly rebuilt condominium community. Offering brand new upscale furnishings and endless views of the Atlantic Ocean no matter where you look. Featuring an open concept kitchen with a large kitchen island, seating 5. Brand new appliances include a stove with air fryer abilities, drawer microwave, dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer, Instapot, standard-drip coffee maker, blender, mixer, baking pans, and many more necessities with plenty of cabinets and storage. Washer/Dryer combo and a full bathroom on first level with a clothing steamer. Living room has a large TV with a Queen sleeper sofa and furnishings. From here are two balcony sliding doors where you may step out and relax on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean and community docks.
Step upstairs to find the Large Master King Bedroom with large TV, dresser and closet storage. Recliner for relaxing or watching TV. Dedicated workspace with a balcony view of the Atlantic Ocean. Private en-suite with glass enclosed walk-in shower, hair dryer, and plenty of cabinet space for your toiletries. Next door is the guest bedroom with a Queen bed, large smart TV, and dresser clothing storage. Hallway full bath with a glass enclosed walk-in shower, hair dryer, and plenty of cabinet storage.
Outside features a first level wrap around balcony with seating on all sides. The sun will rise to the East and set to the Westâsit outside and capture it all. Downstairs has a double garage with outdoor seating and tricycles to enjoy riding around the community. Parking for up to two vehicles.
Linens are provided (sheets, bath & pool towels). The home has an elevator or stair access from the ground level with a private keyless entry to your home.
This home is within a gated community and offers many amenities. There is a large, chlorinated pool that is open daily sunrise to sunset. Heated in the winter. Picnic areas along the Atlantic Ocean Waterfront. Fish Cleaning Stations and kayak/canoe launch. Access to large Community Clubhouse.
Guest Access:
Guests are able to access the parking area and all rooms of the home.
The Neighborhood:
Located in heart of the Florida Keys! Whether you are visiting for a fishing trip, family vacation, or work retreat, Marathon Key is a great community to do so.
Quick walk to Walgreens, Dollar Tree and a few of the local restaurants. Approximately 1.5 hours to any of the Keys and approx. 1 hr from EYW & 2 hr from MIA.
Getting Around:
Please, Drive slowly and with caution in the neighborhood. Many families walk or bike the property. Parking for 2 standard vehicles in the driveway under the home (no trailer parking). Free street parking is available along the service road outside the resort.
Can get around by bicycle, car (rentals available at FL Keys Marathon Airport), Uber/Lyft or bus.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Keyless entry. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 2 standard sized vehicles. No trailer or boat parking. No pets permitted. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. The HOA requires a background check to be filed for all adults in the home for rentals longer than 30 days (A $50 fee per adult may apply).
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises. Unit are managed by KeysTime Vacation Rentals. No in-person check-in required. Digital access to the property via keyless entry codes to condominium. Condo unit code will be provided no less than 24 hours prior to arrival date. Maintenance is accessible during the same.
