Welcome to our recently updated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom third floor (no elevator) condo in the quiet, family friendly gated Bahama Bay Resort! Conveniently located near Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. This self-catered condo is less than a 5-minute walk to the any of the *four* pools (with hot tubs), splash pad, tennis, shuffleboard and basketball courts, restaurant, and (new!) gas grills. This unit has everything you need!

It's just like being home... 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium with many upgrades! Brand new comfy mattresses with new sheets in each bedroom, new towels in the bathrooms, beautiful common areas, smart TV's (in each bedroom and the living room!), secure WIFI, a screened-in balcony off of the master suite and living room, parking spaces directly in front of the building, an upgraded kitchen, and two full bathrooms!
The Smart TV's all have Spectrum cable with a ton of channels!

There is a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Taking a work vacation? No problem! There is a desk in the living room to accommodate all your work needs!!
The fully stocked kitchen has a blender, toaster, can opener, pots and pans.
We now have a Keurig... Bring all your coffee supplies!!
If you are bringing your little ones we have a high chair, stroller, and pack n' play for you to use :)

The community is gated; a guard is on duty at all times! There is NO resort fee!!
The condo is located on the third floor (no elevator) and overlooks the pond behind the clubhouse. It does not have rear neighbors; more privacy!!

Please note: Since we are not with onsite Property Management, you will not have use of the fitness room. All other amenities - Pools (all 4!), hot tubs (there are 5!), splash pad, beach area, tennis, basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts, pool tables, nature trails, and business center (computers/printers) are yours to enjoy!

For any essentials there is a Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General close by. Also close are an IHop, Applebees, pizzeria, Wendy's, a Chinese food restaurant, 7/11, Twistee Treat and Starbucks!

The Bahama Bay Resort is the perfect place for your special family vacation in Orlando. This spectacular first-class resort with a tropical island theme is located in the heart of Florida, only 14 miles from Disney World, near Universal Studios and Sea World. The Bahama Bay Resort is set on the edge of a stunning Lake Davenport with its private sandy beach & fishing dock that extends into 70 acres of lush tropical gardens. Extensive leisure activities both adventurous and relaxing, for adults and children alike means Bahama Bay offers a unique holiday experience that will capture the hearts of all ages. Bahama Bay has multiple heated pools and hot tubs located throughout the resort, including the resort pool with its authentic Bahamian bar. There is a fun waterpark-style splash pad for the littles ones, a dedicated playground, BBQ area, fishing dock, nature trails, tennis/basketball court, and a volleyball sand court.! Be on the lookout for alligators, turtles, hawks, blue jays, and a variety of other wildlife as you roam the property. There's no place else like it!!!

Comfortable condo

Very nice condo on the beautiful Bahama Bay Resort, out of all the times I’ve stayed here this was the best unit! Bed was very comfortable, condo was very nice on the inside and was absolutely the best priced unit I’ve ever found on this resort!

Excellent Rental!

We just got home from our 5 night stay at this Bahama Bay rental. We loved everything about the unit. Arrival instructions were sent earlier in the week before we left. Kelly was responsive to a few questions we had and we knew we were in good hands based on the interactions we had with her through our messages. Upon arrival, we had to stop at the gate to provide some information, but after the first time stopping and checking in with them, we were allowed to enter the gate without stopping to speak with anyone. We also checked in at the club house to get a parking pass. It was on the way to the unit, so that was quick and easy. The rental was clean, had comfortable furniture, plenty of plates, cups, utensils, bath towels, and pool towels. There are some Disney touches, but it was all tasteful and nothing over the top. The unit was a very quick walk on the path to the clubhouse pool. We spent most of our days at the pool area. There were always people at the pool, but it was never crazy busy and there were always plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. On our last day, we explored and found two of the other pools, saw the manmade beach area, fishing dock, and kiddy splash pad. There were also basketball/pickleball courts and the Tradewinds restaurant. We loved our stay here and would definitely rent this unit again if it were available for any return trips.

We live in Buffalo - so you can imagine in the cold winter months what a blessing it is to come to sunny Florida! We are very familiar with the surrounding area, if you need help planning anything just ask!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We stayed at Bahama Bay in 2011 and loved it so much we purchased a unit! The resort reminds you of a lush tropical island with all the greenery and wildlife. We love taking walks around the ponds. The resort is quiet and removed from all the noise, but close enough to Disney!

Our updated unit is on the third floor - no upstairs neighbors. Our building is centrally located in the complex - a short walk to the clubhouse, Tradewinds, the walking trails, and new gas grills!
