Studio@SanDestin! Heated pool 11/22-29 & 12/23-1/2

Vacation has never been sweeter than when you stay at this oversized, renovated studio in Miramar Beach! Located in the famous San Destin Development, this condo is in Luau 1 condominiums, where you will have access to a gorgeous pool with water fall, seasonal tiki hut service and are only a short walk to the beach! Comfortably sleeping 4 (there is a King bed and sleeper sofa), this listing is ideal for the traveling couple or small family! In addition to the bed and sofa bad, the studio has a full bathroom, kitchenette, and small living room with a Smart TV that has many different TV apps (including Netflix and Hulu) you to log in to. There is a keurig, blender, microwave, mini refrigerator, Iron/Ironing board. We also provide 2 beach backpack chairs and two beach towels for your use!

The pool will be heated the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 22 - Nov 29) and again from Dec 23 - January 2.

The Luau complex is located on the Gulf-side of SanDestin (Miramar Beach FL), and Studio Nani is on the 4th floor of the Luau I condominiums. At Luau, you are able to enjoy a large pool with water fall (heated in March and April), seasonal tiki hut service and are only a short walk to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! You also have access to the Sandestin TRAM (which transports guests to Baytowne and back), a fitness gym (located in Luau II), a barbeque area, observation deck (located on the top floor of the complex (the views from there are amazing!), and a meeting space- all located on the complex grounds!!

**This property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking garage. The entrance to SanDestin is gated and staffed with SanDestin security officers.

Also, for your added convenience, the condo is stocked with the following:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent (there is a coin laundry room in the complex for your use)
(2) K-cups
(1) dawn soap and sponge

THINGS TO NOTE:
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. You can also take the TRAM to Village of Baytowne Wharf in SanDestin Bayside....where there are a lot of children's activities including bungee jumping, hair braiding, temporary tattoos etc. year around. Ice-skating in Baytowne Wharf village during winter months. Also, Grand Blvd is on the bayside for all of your shopping needs-including Luluemon, Vineyard vines, Tommy Bahama and much more as well as restaurants!
