The views are ever-changing, the sunsets are unforgettable, and with the addition of our brand-new 3rd-level deck, you can now catch both glorious sunrises and sunsets from the same spot.
We’re constantly adding to and improving the property to make your experience even better. In 2025, we added the rooftop deck; this year, we’re refurbishing the bathrooms, refreshing the interior paint, and updating the exterior.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose The Village because of its beautiful location, and well-kept nighborhoods. We love to golf, and enjoy the challenges that this links course offers, and hope you will too! For our older children there is plenty to do, paddleboarding, kayaking from the nearby dock, as well as the large community pool, with parking, private beach access and dining. Nags Head has some fantastic restaurants and bars, or you can pick up locally caught fresh fish and seafood, order it to go, or take it home and cook it yourself! We believe that whatever you choose to do on your vacation, you will not regret booking our property. We look forward to hosting you soon!

THE VIEWS, I would challenge you to find a home with a better view! Year-round the sunsets are spectacular, the colors are simply stunning. You'll be mesmerized just watching the sailboats, surf kiteboarders, and wildlife enjoying the sound during the daytime. Plus we have guaranteed beach parking (if you know, you know!) lifeguards, pool, tennis, daily activities for kids to adults, it's resort living at its best.
