The upper level is where you will find an ensuite bedroom with twin beds and bath with shower stall, a laundry room, the third bedroom which has a private waterside balcony and full bath with shower/tub combo and skylight. The lower level offers another family room lined with sliders and a wet bar, an ensuite bedroom with twin beds and bath that also has a second washer/dryer, the fifth bedroom with sliders out to the stone patio, a full bath and sixth bedroom which also has sliders out to the patio where you can stroll through the gorgeous gardens.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, and an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Cameras/surveillance: Exterior cameras are located outside the garage and outside the back door for safety and security reasons only.
