Relax and unwind in this farm house located on a ____ acre working cattle ranch. Fronting the Peace River, you'll experience a quiet, small town in central Florida. Only 45 minutes from the the famous Sebring International Raceway, 1 hour from west coast beaches. Major sports in the area include Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Orlando Magic, and Tampa Bay Lightning. Close to all the action, but in a tranquil setting.

The space
You'll be the only guests in this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath two story home. Watch the cows and enjoy the fragrance of the orange blossoms from the adjacent grove. Bring your horses and experience riding the pastures and the path to the river. The house has a full wrap around porch, with two sides enclosed. The large master bedroom is downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. Each floor has it's own heat/ac and are controlled separately.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the house and out building.
Other things to note
It is a working ranch, so we ask that if you enter a pasture through a closed gate, that you close the gate to make sure the cows don't get out. At the river, there is a white sand beach, perfect for swimming and fishing. It is a free flowing river, and sometimes current can be strong, so please be careful. There have been alligator sightings, so be watchful. Do not feed the alligators or taunt them in any way. There are not known to be aggressive, but will defend themselves.
