Important Note About the Pool:
Please note that the pool is currently undergoing seasonal preparation and may not be ready at the time of your stay. We are aiming to have all pools ready by mid-May; however, this timeline is weather-dependent and may be delayed due to rain or other conditions beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.

Location: It's a single house, a brand-new property.

Parking: Accommodates parking for 3 cars, ranging from 6 to 9 cars depending on size. On-street parking is available for 2 cars.

Backyard: The backyard is fully fenced.

Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. To adjust the temperature, please contact the host. The default settings are 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.

Additional Information: 1 Bed is in the relaxing room and doesn't have a door for this room

Strictly No Pets: Please be aware that we have a strict no pet policy for this property.

Strictly No Parties: This property is intended for residential use only. We have a strict no party policy in place to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests

The pool will be closed from October to May.

We have an exterior camera at the entrance to monitor compliance. Any violation will result in the termination of the reservation without any refund.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
