Newer Beautiful, Short term, spacious corporate, monthly rental. We are 5 star hosts on other platforms. We pride ourselves on cleanliness!
A peaceful townhome setting & only 1 mile to downtown AVL. Located in lovely Five Points. A 5 minute drive to the Omni Grove Hotel, 3 miles to the Biltmore & to the Mission Hospital. Many happy doctors, nurses and professionals have stayed at our complex. Enjoy a spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse with 2 levels. Lovely birds are chirping every morning outside your door. We are close to Harris Teeterâs, Trader Joeâs, & Whole Foods.
The space
Newly completed comfy furnishings. We hope you enjoy our lovely, newer over 1900 sq. ft. townhome with fun art from the River Arts District and surrounding Asheville areas. Enjoy morning coffee or a bbq on your lovely wooden deck. Enter into the first floor with wonderful cathedral ceilings, the primary bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and en-suite primary bathroom on the first floor. The first floor also has a half bathroom for your guests. The dining table opens for 6 to 8 persons, and we have service for 6. Progress down the stairs into a wonderful space comprised of two bedrooms, tv area, with one Jack & Jill bathroom. Enjoy double sinks in the primary bathroom and the second lower bathroom. Enjoy the TV/office space on the lower level with lots of windows and natural light. We tried to think of everything that we would enjoy and hope you will also enjoy. We have furnish the townhome with love and care. Everything is light, bright and newer.
This is a wonderful townhome community and a perfect location tucked away. You will hear the birds chirping and singing every day. You can walk or bike to the farmers market every Saturday morning when the market is open @ UNC. We have an amazing location five minutes to UNC and five minutes to downtown Asheville.
We are located in an eclectic, vintage, Historic neighborhood. The median home price is about $500k..plus and we are Montfort adjacent. Walk all around the neighborhood and up the hill for a lovely, loop walk. You can walk the trails down to the University of Asheville and have a ball. We are next to the Weaver Pickle-ball, B-ball, playground and tennis Park. We are also close to the Reed Creek Greenway and botanical gardens.
Our community has lovely professional residents and retired folks. Asheville is full of over 150 local delectable restaurants, lovely rafting rides, waterfalls to hike, close to skiing (about 1 hour away) and beautiful hiking areas.
You will enjoy having your own one car garage. There is parking additionally, on the street and right in front of the one car garage.

We are a small family from South Florida and we love also the mountains of Asheville. We take exceptional care of our property and will also care for any other properties that we are guests.

Our neighborhood is quiet and out-of-the-way, however, just 1 mile from downtown Asheville, and 3 miles from the mission hospital. The property is newer and only five minutes to the Omni grove hotel. We are in North Asheville.

Our property as you need to Asheville because of his location, accessibility to the Montfort area and surrounding groceries, cafés, and lovely restaurants.
