PRIVATE STUDIO: Sleeps 2 - A standalone studio apartment featuring a kitchenette and a bathroom, providing ultimate privacy.

ONE-BEDROOM OASIS: Sleeps 3 - This unit boasts a bedroom, a separate kitchen/living area, a full bathroom, and both front and private back porches. With a double bed and a single bed, it's ideal for small groups or families.

SPACIOUS 2-BEDROOM: A generously sized two-bedroom house with a bathroom (shower), separate living, dining, and cooking areas. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private front porch.

VOLCANO VIEW RETREAT (3-Story House): Sleeps 6 - A grand three-story house with a loft-inspired two-room, three-bath layout. Revel in spectacular views of the Arenal Volcano from the large kitchen and front porch. (1 downstairs Bedroom located in the garage): A charming one-bedroom unit with a shower and toilet. Though lacking A/C in this bottom room, its location in the shadiest part of the property ensures a comfortably cool atmosphere.

Every unit, is equipped with air conditioning, induction stove tops, coffee makers, cooking utensils, pots/pans, microwave, refrigerator, and Fiber Optic internet TV (YouTube, Plex, Pluto, Magellen, etc.). Guest access:
There are 5 separate apartment units on this property. There are two caretakers and an old very friendly small dog that live on the property. You will be sharing the property with them. The entire property minus the one private apartment the caretakers live in will be open and available for you to enjoy. The two caretakers will be there on the property to help you with anything you may need.
