Located across the bay from Pensacola and just 12 minutes from Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze is great for snorkeling, hiking or birding at Gulf Islands National Seashore, a nationally protected park. Gulf Breeze also offers terrific seafood and inviting beaches. The home just a few minutes to Tiger Point Golf Course and if you love to Golf you have to make it a stop during your stay! If you need a boat ramp, we are located right by Oriole Beach Boat Ramp, drop your boats, jet skis, paddle board on the beautiful Pensacola Bay. Walking distance to the home is Swenson Park playground for ages 2-12 year old.
And don’t miss the 50-acre Gulf Breeze Zoo. It is home to some 1,000 animals, including giraffes, coatimundi, rhinoceroses, zebras, gorillas, giant tortoises, squirrel monkeys, otters, alligators and hippopotamuses. Gulf Breeze visitors are especially smitten by the zoo's raised boardwalk that provides a vantage point for viewing herds of deer, wildebeest, ostrich, cape hunting dogs – and islands on which chimps and gorillas roam free.

POOL 2026 Renovation: Is Vacuumed and cleaned professionally, twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Due to Florida weather, rains, winds, tree shedding season, and shaded tree surroundings, we cannot guarantee leaves and debris won't have fallen in the pool upon your arrival. Please feel free to use provided pool nets to remove top debris. Refunds
regarding pool natural debris, or weather related issues, pool algae due to extreme summer heat and high volume swimmers coming in from the Gulf to pool will not be provided.

Reservations are confirmed in recognition that the interruption of these services due to weather or caused by the provider will not result in termination of the reservation or any type of refund.
