Cette confortable maison au bord du lac le long du lac Oneida offre une vue parfaite sur l'eau depuis une terrasse extérieure ou un mur plein de fenêtres spacieuses. Située dans la baie de Billington, cette maison récemment rénovée comprend un élégant parquet, une cuisine moderne et spacieuse, un lave-vaisselle et une cuisinière à gaz pleine grandeur.
Vous trouverez un accès facile à la terrasse spacieuse par une porte latérale et une passerelle où vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Un gril est disponible pour vos besoins de cuisson en plein air. Pour les soirées fraîches, un foyer au gaz à l'intérieur vous gardera au chaud.
Deux unités de climatisation vous garderont au frais en été. La nouvelle zone de bain blanche et propre dispose d'une douche confortable ainsi que d'une baignoire relaxante.
L'étage permet de dormir pour 6 personnes avec deux chambres avec lits doubles et deux lits simples dans la zone commune centrale près des escaliers qui comprend également une vue sur le lac depuis une large baie vitrée.
Disponible sur demande sont une chaise haute et un pack-n-play pour les jeunes enfants. Pour les clients transportant des canoës ou des kayaks, un grand espace est prévu dans le garage.
Les amateurs de pêche pourront profiter de l'accès au lac avec la façade sur tout le terrain et un quai de 20 pieds. Les enfants seront ravis de la pente progressive de la profondeur de l'eau pour nager ou patauger.
Les voyages rapides dans la région pourraient inclure un trajet de 5 minutes vers le nouveau casino Point Place qui a ouvert le 1er mars 2018 à Bridgeport ou un trajet de 15 minutes vers Sylvan Beach pour des glaces ou un délicieux repas. D'autres peuvent choisir de prendre les vingt minutes en voiture du casino Turning Stone annoncé pour les divertissements musicaux, le bingo, les jeux ou les restaurants. Oneida Lake House

We stayed with our kids and could not have been more please with the property. The house has a very open floor plan which make it comfortable and easy the entertain and relax with the family. The decor is charming and comfortable. VERY well appointed. Everything you could need is there, including outdoor toys and games. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were all very friendly. The only downside is if you have a boat the bay can be a bit difficult to navigate, as the water around the dock and well into the bay is very shallow. Mostly about 2ft deep until you get well into the bay.

Quaint Lake Vacation Home

The lake house served as a wonderful landing spot for our New York vacation. We loved the homey atmosphere, the comfortable beds and the living space. We enjoyed board games at the table on a rainy morning, meals on the deck, relaxing floats on the lake, and all the special amenities provided by the hostess.

June Fishing Trip

My son and I plan a fishing trip each year around Father's Day. This year we chose Lake Oneida as it is close to the Syracuse airport. The home was very clean, well equipped and decorated. We enjoyed looking at the combination of cabin and antique decor throughout the home, even the garage! It was extremely well outfitted with kitchen supplies, bedding, fans and outdoor furniture. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it was a really relaxing place to stay. I trailered my 20' bass boat, the lake is shallow, but I was able utilize the dock and park the trailer in the grass lot across the street from the garage. Great view of the lake and sunsets. Great find, I hope to return with my wife, she would love it.

Wonderful living room and deck, nice kitchen. The bedrooms are much smaller. Overall excellent property. The neighbors brought us flowers. The lake is beautiful.

Beautiful, well-kept lakefront home.

The place was wonderful and perfect for me and my teenage sons. The steps to the bedroom were very steep and unsuitable for the elderly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Perfect getaway

We were so pleased with the property. The location was excellent for our daughters to kayak and enjoy time on the lake by themselves. The bay is shallow and there was very little boat traffic. The property owners have thought of everything to make sure you are never bored. My parents came for two nights and they slept on the first floor living room area only because the stairs are a little steep to the bedroom area. The loveseat pulled out for a single bed and there was an extra mattress so they were comfortable. We will definitely like to return for another visit soon Thank you

Great Get Away at the Lake

My wife and I visited the lake house and had a wonderful stay! With the pandemic raging on, it's been difficult to plan a vacation. We desperately needed a vacation to get away from it all. The house was exactly as portrayed and more! Nothing negative to say about the house. It is well-decorated, furnished and has all the comforts of home. Nothing but 5 stars in this review. We'll definitely be back!

Summer 2020

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and a nice change for this summer! Owner is so nice and easy to work with and wonderful neighbors too. We kayaked every day and took time to relax on the wonderful deck, around the fire pit and floating in the lake. Nice added touches around the home which was nice!

Absolutely Perfect

The cottage was absolutely perfect for our last minute change of plans. The lake was warm and the kids were able to play in the water, as it was shallow for quite a ways out, which was nice. The cottage was clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

This is the second year we have come back to this lovely Lake house. Everything you could possible need for a week at the lake is at this house! We had a fabulous time with our family and are already trying to figure out another week to come back! Loved our stay here...again!

Amazing stay!

My family had our first experience renting a lake house. The house provided everything we needed and more. The lake house has a history of memories and we were able to continue that tradition. We also explored Oneida lake and all it has to offer. We went to Rosamond Gifford Zoo and Sylvan Beach. We would highly recommend this lake house. The Sexton Family, Grand Island, NY.

Fun Stress-Free Family Vacation at the Lake House

Our family was so delighted to stay here! We made magical memories of playing with the kids in the yard, many swims in the lake, beautiful sunsets and lake views, and enjoying meals on the deck and in the sunroom. The house is so beautifully and aptly decorated for a lake vacation. Every essential amenity was available to us from cooking spices to lawn games allowing us more time for family fun and less time making trips to the store. Would highly recommend this inviting lake house for your family!

Really enjoyed

We had such a lovely time at the lake. It was very rainy to start but that did not detract from having a great time. We went into Syracuse and had plenty to do. Once the weather changed, our kids loved running around, playing soccer on the big lawn, and being in the water. They even became buddies with the neighbors and helped with some of the gardening which they really enjoyed. My husband and I found it to be very relaxing and just what we were looking for. The sunsets were amazing! The house had everything you could need and was very comfortable. The 2 ACs really cooled the place down well. The hosts were very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Overall it was a great, relaxing experience.

Lakehouse Fun

This lakehouse has a wonderful view and all the comforts of home (and a well-equipped kitchen!). We enjoyed lovely meals at the kitchen table, coffee looking out at the lake, and movies at night. Cindy and Chris were attentive hostesses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lakehouse for your vacation.

Peaceful and beautiful area on the lake

I like that it sits a bit back from the water . My boys were able to play soccer while I sat reading near the water. Kayaks are easy to get in and out of the water . They loved to go out and fish too. One definitely needs water shoes ! I will remember for next time :) It’s open and peaceful . We were fortunate enough to have 3 sunny days . At night we went to Big Don’s mini golf which is 10 min away. Then the next day to Sylvan beach , about 20 min drive . Easy to find things here The house is charming and quaint . Spectacular view of lake from windows . We had a little issue with DVD player not working and , for some reason, the neighbor decided to mow the lawn on this property while I was outside reading and went in circles around me . Not the owners fault but I did think that was a bit irritating . I did have to contact the owner at one point and she was very nice and helpful . Better to call than to email . Overall , a previous spot where you can see the lake for miles , kayak, fish and relax
