This cute and cozy 4-bedroom ranch house is centrally located in the heart of Dubuque, Iowa. It is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, casinos, theaters, snow skiing, beautiful city parks, hospitals, museums, Mississippi River, and more. This home is in the tri-state area and is a short distance to the scenic states of Wisconsin, Galena and Chestnut Mountain in Illinois and Sundown Mountain and Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa. If you have extra time, check out Dubuqueâs Mines of Spain, EB Lyons Walking Park, National Mississippi Riverwalk and Museum, Fourth Street Elevator, 2 Casinos, or the Arboretum Botanical Gardens.
This home is located in a very safe residential area, on a private street with plenty of parking. EXCELLENT location! Great location for college visits or graduation. Blocks away from UD, Loras, and Clarke Colleges. This house is very special because it is my childhood home. It is walking distance to Starbucks, Kwik Star, Dunkinâ Donuts, and Aldis Grocery Store.

Downstairs has a small bathroom/shower and laundry room. The walk-out basement has plenty of extra space to play or lounge with a large smart TV. Basement includes couch, futon, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. Outside patio table and a BBQ grill is provided on the walkout patio.
Sorry, No GARAGE. But don't worry, there is plenty of parking available in the extra-large driveway and on the private residential street. This house is located in an EXCELLENT location. Safe neighborhood and minutes away from everything. You will LOVE this location.

I just recently retired from being a teacher after 35 years. I decided to turn my childhood home into a weekend suite. This cute updated 4-bedroom house is centrally located in the heart of Dubuque, Iowa. It is minutes away from hospitals, shopping, restaurants, casinos, theaters, snow skiing, parks, museums, Mississippi River, and more. This home is in the tri-state area and is a short distance to the scenic states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. In fact, if you visit the Fourth Street Elevator you can see all 3 states at the same time. It is close to Field of Dreams in Dyersville and Sundown Mountain in Dubuque. It is located in a very safe residential area, on a private street with plenty of parking. This house is very special because it is my childhood home.
