Newly-constructed, well-appointed home resting on 14 acres with beautiful western-facing views of the mountains and valley; the home sits on the ridge so the longest daylight received in the valley.

HOME ACCESS
No contact home. You’ll enter the mudroom where all shoes, boots, coats and bags can be easily stored. We request no shoes or outdoor footwear in the main house.

HOME DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for peaceful relaxation away from your hectic, busy days? If so, our home is the place for you.
The layout is open plan - the mudroom leads into a well-stocked kitchen and dining room which spills into the cozy living room. The dining room table seats five comfortably and there are two bar stools under the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room while the guest bedroom, bathroom and office are on the opposite end of the house close to the kitchen. Espresso hardwood floors run through the home.
Both bathrooms incorporate ceiling-mounted rain shower heads as well as handhelds and you will find a beautiful copper clawfoot tub in the master.

EXTERIOR
Running along the entire western facing front of the home is an open deck with stunning views of the manicured lawns; Camel's Hump to the north and Sugarbush to the west. Imagine yourself sitting in the comfortable Adirondack chairs, facing the setting sun with a glass of wine in hand.
We are in the midst of the forest and half the property is protected space, so you may see deer and turkey wandering through during daylight hours.

The home is situated on 14 acres and abuts undeveloped backcountry on the eastern side.

The Garage has space for ONE vehicle; there is space for an additional three vehicles outside.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The home is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, french presses for delicious morning (or all day) coffee, a variety of bath products, board games, books, and two internet/streaming enabled TVs. All linens were purchased with your comfort in mind.

Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share it for a long time

- Our home is at the top of a long relatively steep dirt driveway: 4WD or snow tires required in winter
- Extremely limited cell service, use WIFI calling
- 5 minutes from Mad River Glen and 10 minutes from Sugarbush ~ great skiing
- 5 minutes from the Mad River (kayaks available for rent in Waitsfield)
- 5 minutes from Waitsfield town (grocery stores, gas stations, cafes and retail shopping)
- 60 minutes from Burlington

- Smoking is not allowed inside the home
