You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. Both bathrooms feature detachable sprayers, additional towels, wash clothes and two waffle weave spa robes per bath for you to relax in during your stay. There are also shower steamers, full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, Q tips, hair dryer in each bathroom, baskets for storage and bath mats. You will also have access to starter cleaning supplies in both bathrooms.

The home has two main living spaces and flex space. Designed with natural textures, soft earth tones, and rich wooden accents – it is the perfect space for both rest into for the evening, or to focus your attention for work during the day.

The upstairs living room features a large sofa with pillows, lamps, recessed lighting on a dimmer, accent chair, coffee table that raises, mounted 70 inch Smart TV.

The downstairs living room features a large sofa with pillows + blankets, accent chair, coffee table, mounted 65 inch Smart TV, Pac Man arcade game, table with 3 chairs and board games. A dimmer switch and wall sconces create your perfect relaxing vibe.

The flex space downstairs could be used for Yoga, meditation or a light workout. Yoga mats, resistance bands and light weights are provided for use.

☆☆ KITCHEN – DINING – LAUNDRY☆☆

The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, 5 burner stove, oven, microwave and a dual Keurig single brew and drip coffee maker. If we don’t have a specific tool in the kitchen, let us know and we will add it to the list. Starter supplies will be provided. We have a 6 person dining table.

The home is equipped with a set LG laundry machines (washer & dryer). Guests will have access to starter detergent pods, dryer sheets and an iron & board.

Enjoy the landscaped, no maintenance backyard with a built-in, wood burning fire pit, large back patio that spans the length of the home and stamped concrete patio with charcoal grill, lounge chairs, conversation set, large umbrella and dining tables with bar stools. Perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks or dining al fresco.

The entire primary residential space plus amenities are included in this rental. Please note that the 2 car detached garage is included as part of the rental. The garage door dimensions are 16ft x 7ft. Please be sure your vehicle will fit before booking. No discounts for not using the garage.
