Through the bright and spacious dining room you’ll step into the well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances, large cabinets, and ample counter space, as well as a coffee bar to help kick-start your day. Off the kitchen are conveniently placed laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and guest bathroom.
Step outside through the back door to a charming fenced-in backdoor space with seating, pet-friendly turf, and a cool boho atmosphere set by the fire pit, strong lights, and unique hand-painted mural. Walking though the back gate leads to a spacious two-car garage with automatic opener and additional storage space.
Back inside and down the stairs, you’ll come to the finished basement featuring a yoga and wellness space featuring mirrors, yoga mats, yoga blocks, hand weights, resistance band, balance ball, open floor space, large TV, and even a Peloton bike to help you continue (or start) working toward your fitness goals even when you’re away from home. Visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay, but we do not allow open-invitation events. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. We do have cameras outside the home's entrances for the safety of all parties. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
