The crown jewel of Gasparilla Island though are the unspoiled beaches & crystal clear Gulf waters...truly paradise.
The master bedroom suite includes a King bed with a view of the coastal waters, flat screen smart TV, dresser, closet space and adjoining master bath with tub /shower. Remote controlled room darkening solar shades provide you with whichever light you prefer during your stay. The living room includes a comfortable queen sofa bed and an open floor plan allowing for all to sit comfortably around the dinner table and livingroom and enjoy the water views or watch the evening news on the flat screen smart TV. There's all new kitchen appliances, cabinetry and the kitchen is fully equipped including a kuerig. The condo also has a private washer/dryer.

There is Marina dockage and rental slips at Uncle Henry’s Marina right next door...there you can also schedule or get picked up for fishing excursions. And you will conveniently find Kappy’s General Store as you go out the back pedestrian gate...this gate also leads to the golf cart path which extends 7 miles...the entire length of the island. Golf cart rentals are available both at the Boca Grande Club and Kappy’s. There is golf cart parking and a boat storage area on the property.

The property is part of the Boca Grande Club with it's many amenities including it's private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beach lounge chairs and umbrellas at the water's edge, pool with complimentary towels, hot tub, tiki bar with poolside drinks and food service, 8 har-tru tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness facility, and 2 newly renovated restaurants with beach views floor to ceiling. The Club also rents golf carts and bicycles and offers programs such as yoga, water aerobics, tennis lessons and fitness training.

Your reservation will include temporary guest membership at The Boca Grande Club. This membership will cover the booking guest and a spouse/partner & kids under the age of 21. If you have additional guests, you will be responsible for those guest fees ($80/day/guests over age 21.)
The guest making the reservation will need to complete a separate Boca Grande Club Registration form. This will be e-mailed to you after the reservation is made. If it is not completed, you will not be able to come through the main gate.
While at the Club office you can also receive recommendations on restaurants, shopping, fishing & boating excursions and other activities.
