Nestled just steps from the ocean and the iconic Pacific Cost Highway, this bright and beautiful home features an open-concept living area, sparkling in-ground spa, three fully-appointed bedrooms and multiple outdoor lounging areas with captivating ocean views.
The space
Drenched in natural light with a beautiful indoor atrium, this two-story home packs a punch.
On the main floor, you’ll find:
•An open-concept living room with plenty of seating, a 75-inch TV, a fireplace and games to enjoy
•An expansive walk-out patio with an outdoor bar and barbeque
•A fully-equipped, top-of-the-line kitchen with bar seating (enjoy a wide variety of cooking wares and utensils, two coffee machines, a wine fridge, air fryer and other kitchen essentials)
• A spacious dining room with six-person seating
• A charming half bathroom
• A sparkling outdoor in-ground spa and shower area
On the top floor, you’ll find:
• Two cozy queen bedrooms with 45" TVs, full-length mirrors and plush beds - one with its own private balcony
• A full bathroom
• A primary suite with a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, wireless phone chargers, a private deck with direct ocean views and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and soaker tub

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
1. Should you wish to bring a pet, please request authorization (for number and type of pet(s)) before booking. Our pet fee of $250 (per pet) is due upon booking.
2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if requested at least 24 hours in advance for a fee of $75 per hour.
3. Spa heating is available for a daily fee ($50)

Our policies are put in place to safeguard the experience of our guests and neighbors, and to protect our property.
1. Max Occupancy: The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation (up to an approved maximum of 8). [$200 fee for violation]
2. Min Age: Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age may be required.
3. Quiet Hours: Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm to 7am (as per the Malibu Noise Ordinance). The property is monitored for excess noise during this time. [After a first warning is given, a second noise alert will result in a fee of $300. A third noise alert will result in termination of your stay, a $1000 fee, and/or removal of all guests from the premises]
4. No Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the property or in the pool/spa area at any time. [$1000 fee for smoking]
5. Pets: Number and type of pets (including “emotional support” animals) must be specifically authorized by the Host before your reservation begins (except for bona fide service animals). [Fee for unauthorized type or number of pets is $400 per pet]
6. Parties, events and commercial photography: All are prohibited unless specifically authorized in advance by the host. [$1000 fee for unauthorized parties or events, and immediate guest removal from the Property]
7. Candles and cooking elements: Charcoal grills, candles (or any other cooking/heating/flame element) brought onsite by guests are prohibited due to fire risk. [$300 fee for violation]
8. Check-In and Check-Out: It is important that you vacate the property on time so that our cleaners can prepare for the next guests within a tight time window. Early check-in or late check-out may be available, for which a fee of $75 per hour would apply. [$300 fee for unauthorized late check-out for the first hour (past the 15-min grace period), after which the full daily rate will be charged and/or guests will be removed from the property]
9. Spa Use and Heating: The Spa is available for use at your own risk between the hours of 7am - 11pm only, and children must be monitored. Malibu heating fees are significantly high in winter. The spa may take 2 hours to heat up and guests are responsible for switching off the spa after each use. [$200 fee for leaving pool or spa on overnight]
10. Damage: Renter is liable for any damage to the property or its contents and agrees to forfeit partial or entire damage/fee deposit should damage occur during occupancy. This includes the replacement cost of permanently stained sheets or towels and a $50 fee for replacement of lost keys/garage opener.
11. Excess Cleaning: Should the property be left in an unusually poor condition, an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services) will apply.
12. Good Neighbor Policy: All guests shall abide by Verve’s Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal or disruptive activity. You agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
