This is our holiday beach home that we bought in 2022 after visiting the area in the summer of 2021 (having never heard of Southbourne, before). We loved the area and decided to buy here.
We have designed the home to be suited to our family (with two young children aged 6 and 8). As soon as we saw Southbourne, we felt ‘at home’:- loved the community feel, location, convenience to both transport and the beach, shops and restaurants.

The Property:
Brand new kitchen and bathroom. The flat was renovated in June 2022. It is our holiday beach home.
A short walk to the vibrant Southbourne high street (supermarket, coffee shops) and the beautiful beach. There is a fenced garden with BBQ. Free parking space.
It’s a 10 min walk to the beach, through a lovely park on Fisherman’s Walk. There is a zig zig walk down to the beach or a cliff lift in operation for those who need it.
The flat sleeps up to 4 people and is geared up for all types of visitor but in particular, families with children. *5 people can be accommodated with Airbed in living room on request
If you are on holiday with young children, there are plenty of games and toys at the flat to keep them amused.
The flat’s location means it is easy to spend some time at the beach and then come home before walking to a local restaurant.
Between October and March, the flat can be booked for longer stays. Please contact us to discuss.

There is a large living room at the front of the home, followed by a large double bedroom and then a small bedroom with bunk beds. There are plenty of toys, games and books for children to use.

There are regular trains from Pokesdown station (5 minutes walk away) to the New Forest or even into Clapham Junction or Waterloo in London. It is approximately 2 hours on a direct train from Pokesdown station to Clapham Junction station.
