Guest access
The city of Mayakoba has 3 main entrances with security gates and also inner security gates for each privada. Guests will be required to sign in upon arrival and will be provided access to the inner gate. Guests will have access to the pool, palapa, grill area, pool showers and sun lounge chairs. The city of Mayakoba boasts 27 km of biking and walking trails, that include kids play areas and outdoor gyms and a basketball court within walking distance of the home.

Please note that one of the bedrooms will be locked off for reservations with 4 guests and under. The guests will be able to use 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the second with a 2 double beds.

GATHERINGS:
We encourage our guests to enjoy their vacation in Playa del Carmen and the facilities available, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

PARKING
You have one allocated parking spot right in front of the ground floor apartment and there is street parking also available.

SMOKING:
As we need to maintain the apartment for all guests, who may have allergies or health issues, Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the apartment. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation.

MINIMUM AGE:
The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
