We stayed here for about 6 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Great place to stay while working remotely-convenient to all that LA offers on a beautiful and quiet street right off Santa Monica Blvd. one thing to note-not many cups, plates, utensils, spices etc. which is fine if staying for a few days but a little less convenient for a longer haul.
Cute house with all necessary amenities in amazing central West Hollywood location! Sam was very easy to communicate with and acted urgently with any requests. Highly recommend!
Our family loved staying at this place. Perfect size for us and location cannot be beat. So many great dining and shopping options near by and close to everything Hollywood!
Great location and Sam was very accommodating for us to extend our stay a few extra days. If you have 2 cars by chance just confirm with him so you can have a pass to park at night on the street.
Also very appreciative to be able to have our small dogs with us.
My husband, parents and I rented this place over the holidays and from the moment we arrived, it felt like our home for 2 weeks. It was spacious enough to have our privacy and breathing room between the 2 couples. The common rooms allowed for easy group dining and great socializing. I would only recommmed to put an addition chair in the family room. You can tell a lot of effort was put into creating a welcoming environment. Anything you can think of to help with your stay is available so all we had to worry about was grocery shopping (the basics like soap, sugar and condiments were already available). We had all the amenities, supplies and everything was so clean (and Iâm a stickler for soft towels!) The location was perfect, we had access to all major shops and some newly discovered local restaurants just a walk away. The street is quiet with beautiful greenery and felt safe at night. We will definitely consider staying there the next time weâre in town.
Very nice location and handy for shops, itâs a sweet little Spanish style house .But the property needs some attention it looks tired .
Plugs in sink get stuck when closed to fill with water. Canât run a bath as black residue comes out of smaller tap. Shower was fine.
Door knob came off on one of the doors but we managed to get that fixed.
Overall place needs a freshen up and attention to minor things in the main bathroom.
It would be handy to have had a washing machine / dryer however there are laundry mats near the property.
We did enjoy our stay and the place was clean and tidy .
I would recamend this property as it is located in West Hollywood and its handy to get to Santa Monica etc.

This is a duplex with its own parking spot in the driveway with an electric gate. Large living room, dining room and kitchen with two nice sized bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Each bedroom has walk in closet, and the unit shares new, full size washer and dryer with other unit on the property. This house is in a great location on a quiet residential street just a half block from Santa Monica. At least eight good restaurants, several cleaners, and a great supermarket (Gelsons) are within a short walk. Unit is in good condition and very clean. Highly recommended.

Property was clean. Toilet broken, front gate didnât work but owner was very responsive. There was an issue with bedroom door that got stuck and wouldnât open. Did not call owner just fiddled with it for 10 minutes before it finally opened. We wished for a coffee grinder and more than 2 roles of toilet paper. In spite of that, we enjoyed the location and our stay. Would recommend it.
Great location in a quiet, tree lined street close to lots of amenities, including three supermarkets, lots of restaurants and cafes and entertainment. Positives of the home include it was very clean; comfortable beds and the air mattress was also comfortable; functional kitchen with great oven; excellent washing machine and dryer with detergent. A few things that disappointed were the remote control clicker for gate wasn't reliable and second toilet not functional. These issues were raised with owner on day three of our seven night stay. It took until the morning of our departure for the toilet to be repaired and with five people in our party having only one toilet was inconvenient. Lastly, main bathroom window curtains are see through at night and with multi level apartments looking down on bathroom, this is an obvious neglect that owner needs to address. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if issues raised were fixed.
Very comfortable and sparkling clean home. Gentle 6 min walk to. Superfood store. One mile to whole foods. Excellent friendly restaurant. 2 mins walk. Great base for visiting all the stores and sites. Only drawback is yard is shared with 2 other properties so not private but sociable. Drive parking excellent. All amenities you need.
Great location - private, clean, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A great retreat from the busy chaos of L.A. Walk to store, good restaurants within easy walk. Sam was great to work with - good communication and attentive when we had a request. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks so much!
This house is in a nice neighborhood just off of Santa Monica Blvd. There is almost no street parking available, so that this house has an off street parking spot is a major plus.
This property was immaculate. It was well stocked with all we needed. The neighborhood is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. Weâd love to return.
Our family of 5 stayed the night and had lots of space . Normally we all crowd in 1 hotel room to save money. Location was perfect, tons of great places within walking distance. Great neighborhood, I would stay again. For the price you can't beat it .
I was so happy we choose this house which is in very pretty street and perfect location where we could safely walk around. It looks exactly as it is on the pictures. The house has the charm and a very good energy so we wanted to come back to it after exploring the city. It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Sam was very good to work with and helpful in answering our questions real fast which I was amazed about. ï Thank you, Sam, for making sure our stay was pleasant, we will come back soon.
No detail has been overlooked in this fully private residence, part of a Spanish duplex, with its own separate entrance, parking and gated driveway.
