You’ll also find Naples Botanical Garden, Forest Glen Golf & Country Club, Coral Cay Adventure Golf, and Downtown Naples within a 20-mile radius.

When you're not out on the water, stretch out in the spacious, sun-filled living room, tastefully decorated with modern decor, and stream your favorite movies on the large smart TV. The full kitchen has plenty of workspace and stainless steel appliances to help you create a delicious home-cooked meal. As the sun begins to set, have a glass of wine on the well-furnished balcony and bask in the breathtaking views.

Take a short walk to explore the many on-site amenities that include the shared pool, tennis courts, and bubbling hot tub where you can indulge in a revitalizing soak after a magical day.

There is a QR code that will be emailed or texted to you 1 week prior to check-in in you will need to have on hand to access the community at the front gate.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests are required to check with the office in 24 hrs of arrival to register for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please see security in the golf cart on the property. No parking fee required unless staying 30 days or more. Please read the confirmation email for gate access upon arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
