Magnifique studio en bord de mer avec vue sur l'océan.

L'emplacement de l'extrémité sud de cette unité offre une vue spectaculaire sur des kilomètres de plages de sable blanc et offre un emplacement calme tout en étant au cœur de l'action.

Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez regarder la planche à voile, le kitesurf ou la flotte de pêche revenir au quai. Les 2 piscines à débordement et le bar swim-up sont réservés à l'usage exclusif des clients des Villas de Cortez. Vue spectaculaire sur le lever du soleil tous les jours.

Les Villas de Cortez sont sans aucun doute le cadre de villégiature le plus raffiné de la région, avec des détails de construction et des équipements élégants. L'unité elle-même est un studio avec lit queen-size à plateau-coussin posturepédique Sealy.

L'ensemble est fini en marbre travertin, granit et armoires en bois élégant. Un boîtier numérique Roku est situé dans une armoire intégrée avec télévision à écran plat. Le WiFi rapide et privé vous est dédié uniquement, pas de déplacements dans le hall pour recevoir des e-mails.

La cuisine récemment rénovée a des comptoirs en granit. Les appareils comprennent une plaque de cuisson à induction à deux brûleurs, deux mini-frigos, un four, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une cafetière, un moulin à café manuel, un mélangeur, une théière et tous les plats et ustensiles de cuisine. Désolé pas de lave-vaisselle.

La salle de bain récemment rénovée dispose désormais d'une douche à l'italienne.

Les équipements supplémentaires de l'hôtel attenant Palmas de Cortez sont à la disposition des clients, des frais peuvent s'appliquer. Les clients sont invités à utiliser la piscine et le bain à remous de l'hôtel, sans frais. Les principaux magasins et restaurants de la ville sont tous facilement accessibles à pied. Il y a un parcours Par Three de 9 trous avec practice à côté des villas pour votre plaisir de golf.

Great stay in LB

Everything in the villa was great. We had a wonderful 3 nights in Los Barriles. It was awesome watching the sunrise daily from our balcony. I would highly recommend this rental. Owners were great and the process was smooth and easy.

Perfect Choice

Los Barriles is a beautiful town small and quiet and perfect for a private getaway with a little fishing. Our room was a perfect space for what we needed. Beautiful property with pools and swim up bar offering drinks and great meals.

Beautiful location and views!

We had a wonderful time at this perfect condo! The size was large enough for the two of us, the kitchen was perfect and the bathroom was large and spacious. The view is breathtaking! Their on site manager Pedro is always there with a smile! Would love to stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much - the condo is ideally located overlooking the ocean and pool. The condo was clean, quiet, and well appointed. I wish the mattress was firmer and pillows better quality - other than than everything was great.

This was a spontaneous trip for us… and worked out amazing! Loved EVERY minute of our time whether it be by the pool, floating in the ocean, watching the fisherman, exploring the area in our ATV, or hanging at Lazy Days! A perfect getaway! Already planning a repeat!

Comfortable & good location at Villas de Cortez

Studio was perfect, comfortable and very clean. Nice, quiet location on second floor on the south end of the building. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners were quick to respond which made booking a breeze. Highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a studio unit.

A/C problems had to leave after one day poor management 1hour more you to death after we moved hotels manager call to say they finally resolved the problem.

A/C was resolved within 24-36 hours. Traveller chose to move to the hotel. Property manager worked diligently to resolve the problem. The A/C was cool but not cold enough for the guest.

Perfect location, peaceful and close to all

This place has the best of everything a large resort would have, but on a much smaller and personal scale. We loved that it was oceanfront, but still used the private pools. We could walk to all the restaurants, but used the local one when we were not feeling adventurous. All good, friendly service. Pedro was very attentive and even lent us snorkel gear. I would love to bring friends and family here.

Amazing time at Villas de Cortez

This is our third or fourth trip to this condo and it just keeps getting better. Great location, great people on sight (Pedro) and the owner is easy to deal with. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Everything you could need is provided for you. Stay in and cook or walk a few yards to the Bay View restaurant, it's right there. We used the pool and bar next door at the Palmas de Cortez almost every day to decompress. Hector is a great bar tender and the guac and salsa from the deli are amazing. We rented a quad for the week were there for our transportation. Perfect! Don't miss El Gecko bar and restaurant north of town on the beach. The massages next door at the Palmas are not to be missed. Can't wait to get back.

Perfect Baja

If you enjoy beautiful beaches, good food, comfortable bed and fantastic view, this is the perfect place. Only forty minutes north, from the Cabo airport, and worlds apart from busy Cabo San Lucas, this place really feels like a laid back escape. Lot's of fishing boats leaving every morning and coming back with thier flags proudly showing how many fish they caught. We always looked forward to watching the return and guessing who got the biggest fish. Renting an ATV is a must. Great beach trails and handy for shopping in town. The condo was great and very comfortable. Pedro is always available to help and answer lots of questions. We really enjoyed our time there. Nice Condo, But.......

this is the studio layout which we've stayed at two others over the past few years, so our expectations were not too high as these are basic units. A number of issues were encountered, mostly small but one that we wish we would've known about prior to reserving. 1-the safe code had been changed without the owners knowledge and Pedro (condo manager) had to cut it open to retrieve our things. 2-The batteries in the TV remotes were dead and we had to buy our own. 3- and probably the most important to know. If you have back issues, this bed is VERY soft. Both of us have issues and we can't sleep with a soft mattress such as this. It may work for some but it was a difficult week of very little sleep. The condo is situated on the beach and walking distance from just about everything you need. Just be sure you inquire about some of these things if they are important to you.

Thank you for your comments. We have been in most of the other studies and they are comfortable, clean and well decorated with outstanding views right on the beach. We recommend that guests check the safe prior to locking their valuables to alleviate situations like yours. New batteries were placed in the remotes in March. Unfortunately batteries do run out of charge. The mattress is a Sealy Posterpedic with a pillow top. We have slept on it many nights without issues. This review is the first to say it is "very soft". We wish you safe and informative travels on your next journey.

Loved the villa and fishing was fabulous!!

This villa was very clean, smelled clean, had all amenities. Great view. Easy to get into with no problems. Nice furniture. Wonderful location with fishing, snorkeling, swimming and ATVs. Host was great to communicate with when needed. Will stay again!

Couldn’t be closer to the water!!

Great spot. Comfy bed. It’s a studio so it’s small but well laid out. The kitchen has everything you would need if you are wanting to cook. Nice bathroom. We would keep the door to the suite open and the deck doors and a nice breeze came thru. Didn’t even have to use the air conditioner. We never met the owners but had several emails back and forth. Excellent to deal with. The resident manager Pedro is there for any help you may need. My Only complaint is that is has a tiny balcony that barely accommodates a small table and 2 chairs. That being said it’s on the second floor so only one flight down to a huge deck area around the pool and a step out onto the beautiful beach and water. My husband and I would stay there again in a nanno second. And hope to next year. Thank you Heather for being so accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beachfront condo was a dream! Very neat and clean with all the essentials needed for our trip! Check in cards didn’t work but manager gave us a key to use while we were there. I highly recommend this place!

Great Location right on the beach

What at a great condo, it is the perfect size for two. We were there for 6 day and enjoyed every minute. It's a great location close to restaurants in town and the resort pools and of course the beach is steps away. Everything was just as advertised, I would definitely recommend staying.

We are an active couple who enjoy the outdoors. Our two favourite sports are windsurfing and mountain biking. We also like to snorkel, fish, and take long walks on the beach. After an active day, we relax with a cool cerveza or a glass of wine while watching the sunset right from our deck.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The beautiful views and proximity to the Sea of Cortez along with the wonderful weather keeps us coming back. Direct flights to San Jose del Cabo (SJD) airport makes for a quick flight down. Our unit is situated so that a car is not necessary as we can walk to most everywhere in Los Barriles. Car rentals are available if we need to go to Costco, Walmart or Home Depot in Cabo OR we just want to sight see the beautiful area.

If you have travelled and visited all inclusive resorts and would like to try something different this is a great idea. Cook if you like... go out if you like. Option is yours.
